Still....the main issue is that States do not know how to make money for the state coffers. That is why I laff in Chinese at people calling for resource control....when many states have not learned how to mange and develop their resources by themselves....how can a region do the same.

Nigerian State Governors better learn how to use the available resources to develop their states. The age of allawee from Abuja is at an end. Oyel prices are falling. Benue can use its oranges to develop something.

Resource control is still better,because the Federal Government is also broke,and that means disaster. It's better for states to be broke than the entire country
