Olujaido just scamed me 954 dollars PayPal.

I sent him this fund yesterday.

He then said his usa reciver wasn't online. Then later he said he has confirmed them. But PayPal is not allowing him withdraw. I told him to refund my usd straight away because I knew from that statement his account would be limited. I tried calling from yesterday till this morning. He wouldn't Pic up or reply me. Then this evening he decided to reply me. The massage I recived was his account is limited and I would wait until it is rectified for a refund. I asked him if he was mentally stable. Because I don't know where they do PayPal deal like this. I tried explaining to him that ones he confirms recipt of my fund, he is supposed to. Pay. How he withdraws or sends it out is not my business. He said I should do what ever I think I would do.

This is just for information and so. That he would be listed on the scammer list.

And if you read the guys post very well,you will see he wasn't referring to me. I promised to teach him for free,I never asked for any money from him. I just want to help him. The day he contacted me was Eid,I told him I won't be able as I was in the Eid ground, I told him all he needs to buy is VPS and it costs about 5k,and he's going to need a laptop. And that when he has all and he's ready he should contact me.He told me he doesn't have laptop and can he use cybercafe,I said he should borrow laptop instead of wasting money going to cybercafe.He said when he has everything he is going to get back to me,since then I haven't heard from him. I was only trying to help him.
The funniest thing is that I hardly talk on phone conversion especially with the opposite sex that is a stranger. When he called me,I picked so he won't feel embarrassed, then I cut the phone,I then vividly told him I don't talk on phone conversation because I have a very low voice and he won't be able to hear my words that he should chat only. So if a guy now call him,why will he think I am the person? Plus he heard my voice the first time that is a girls voice.

Problem with this is when PayPal eventually limit the account. How to get the money out may be impossible or difficult

Jus this week, I asked abt opening a US PayPal account in this thread. @ModestGal responded positively, though her requirements wer beyond my control. Then a moniker with this no 08087820904 contacted me on WhatsApp, with the promise of opening same for me. With the going back and forth, we arrived at am amount. I delayed cos I wanted to receive part of the amount from a friend. Below is our WhatsApp conversation history.
Please, avoid the guy with this no; 08087820904. He is a confirmed fraudster. He called me severally before payment, now am the one calling back.
One thing I promise him is that, the consequences of his ruthless act, won't go unpunished. I bet on my last blood. His time is up. You gonna hear about his story on nairaland within 2weeks.

why don't you widthraw your PayPal if you find no buyer on the site. So, not finding a buyer at your price on his site is now scamming abi. You need to check the definition of scam sir.

Dominique, I think it's polite if you delete all these defaming posts. I once personally deposited naira on Pexbank and I was not defrauded.

Hello Tabbaz thanks for your reply. However I don't think I am banned since I can still do everything else on the account. It's just the messaging that is having issues. Client who try to message me get the notification "smithfix can no longer be contacted". I have contacted CS severally and they said there is nothing wrong with my account, that I should ask my clients to contact CS when they get the message error.

I mean the client that contacted you might have violated fiverr terms
