I wonder what people learn in school. Will the woman determine the sex of the child?
FamilyRe: How Important Is A Son In Igbo Tribe by takeit123: 1:04pm On Mar 03, 2023
I'm suprised no one commented that, the male gender determines the sex of the child. The man should accept the fact that he's responsible for making male kids and he should not blame the innocent wife!
CelebritiesRe: Nothing Sweeter Than Money — Wizkid Declares (Photos) by takeit123: 2:55pm On Feb 15, 2022
Peace is sweeter than money. Some richer folks than Wizkid have committed suicide in the past. Michael Jackson would have wished for peace and sound mind. He had more money than Wizzy but he didn't have peace.

Adedoja has always been a pathological lair. He stated in his old moniker he had is ND in Yabatech. How come he studied law?

He abandoned Yabatech for Yahoo Yahoo, he thought those he hurt, deserved what they got.

God gave him judgment and he never deemed it fit to beg God for mercy.

There are programs in prison to rehabilitate hardened criminals like him. The question is...will his pride let him?

I believe Chatinent is trying to conceal the thread. He should know that internet NEVER forgets. No matter how folks try to erase their online prints, some folks still have screenshots.

I believe the thread title should not be edited, how would folks that want to go into criminality learn?

I believe many folks have learnt life lessons from this thread. And many would still reference this thread in the future.

Crime and evil don't pay!

Maybe she is a mother. It's understandable.
It's not about being a mother, it's about justice and common sense. If you and other folks know what victims of crime go through...you wouldn't want to let them escape from the law. The dude thought he could get away with his crimes.

I really dug about his previous posts. He's always been proud and God detests that. I read one of his posts, when he was an intern in one of the financial organizations in Lagos. He complained about one of his senior colleagues sending him to buy food.

He got tired of that and he ventured into advance fee fraud. I believe he must have raped several innocent ladies in 9ja. He made a post on Facebook years ago, about ladies making false allegations of rape.

I believe becuase of the impunity in 9ja, he was able to survive. God was patient enough with him to repent severally, but he refused.

He traveled to Japan, still became unrepentant!

He got another opportunity to travel to US and this dude never repented from his evil acts.

If you be God, wetin you think say you go do the guy?

I read the story earlier today and I wasn't really sure if that was the prison Adedojah was kept. As a follower of the thread, I checked if his name was among the escapees. Fortunately, it wasn't. At least many folks will be happy with the development.
CrimeRe: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by takeit123: 9:17am On Nov 08, 2021
I'm not surprised that some folks can be easily fooled by an unrepentant rapist and a conman. This should be a lesson to most Nigerians. They should try to always get all sides of the story.

The dude abandoned Yabatech for advance fee fraud. He traveled to Japan and he thought he could continue to soil Nigeria's name.

The dude still has a shot to beg God for mercies and forgiveness. I wonder why he doesn't want to. God is still very merciful. And this should serve as a lesson to criminals in 9ja. They believe the impunity in 9ja is the same in sane countries.

We will all reap whatever we sow.

The OP is fake. The story is fake as the OP. Just check out the OP's previous posts. He's a dude looking for attention. My advice to you is to get a job and get a life!

You'd be amazed how many people would set up a gofundme to help Hushpuppi out of jail because he is being victimized for nothing or because he was only taking back what the "white man" took from their fore Father's.

Very anyhow mentality.

The next thing they'll call you is an envious hater who's bitter should you dare think away from their usual herdy ways.
May be they should read Proverbs 20 vs 17

"Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth will be full of gravel"

It's sad how the moral values of Nigerian have been eroded. Everything still points to leadership.
You've got something upstairs.

Where I began to see through the op's rabble-rousing was when I made the submissions about his past dealings, telephone calls to pals from the jailhouse, and all...

His dodgy response to my comment there convinced me he knew that I knew what was going on. Only for some kinder to come spilling trash and attacking my comments because, for the most part, they fear to think outside of the box or look beyond their noses.

OP is heading for the appellate court, I deduce. My only prayer for him is not to be slammed with extra time.

One, for smuggling in an electronic device. He could go in for intending a jailbreak. A very grievous offence.

Two, for disparaging and publishing both the judge, jury and the entire court system in an online forum from his cell.

Na God go help the guy.

His cockiness and slyness are unrivalled.[/quote

You have said it all, it's only God that can help the guy and that is if he realises that. God is merciful. My fear is that, knowing what Nigerians are capable of doing to help those in need or in trouble, and how far they can go to ensure people pay for their actions and inactions.

I remember how Nigerians donated cash in millions when they read the story of the amputee lady hawking sachet water in Lagos.

Same Nigerians went all the way out to ensure the app "Crowe" was removed from Google play store. I can't remember the name of the politician that was making inhuman assertions during the Twitter ban.

Many smart folks will understand my point.
CrimeRe: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by takeit123: 3:22pm On Oct 17, 2021
I checked the dude's previous posts on Facebook and coincidentally he wrote a post on December 3, 2015 on rape. You can check out the post. I dug dipper into the kind of person he portrayed online and some pointed out to his comparison of his songs sweeter than t**o. One dude highlighted some of his past comments on nairaland.com, unfortunately the mod removed some of those comments.

I seldom make comments on nairaland.com, I was fascinated by the the case and I examined the facts. I deduced very early enough he was likely to be the rapist. Facts don't lie and the OP thought he could whip up sentiment to Nigerians to help him.

It's not over for the OP, God is merciful and gracious. He can beg for mercy and forgiveness from God.

If impunity is never tolerated in our dear country, Nigeria would have been a great country.

And it's always cool for folks to examine all sides to a story before making their opinion known publicly.

If people could have read the story meticulously and use logic. All these online trolling and cursing innocent folks that took their time to read and examine the facts would have been needless.

I read every of your opinion and i enjoyed it, as in, i see points in everything you said, but one thing that is still baffling me is that, is it possible that one person will commit all these crimes and still have the guts to keep on claiming innocence even after 3 years? he is not even begging for a shorter sentence but claiming total innocence? not even in our country here that we know that the rich buy out thier way but in a working country and system.....
May be you should read about Gov.of Kano Ganduje. We all saw videos of him taking bribe from a contractor. The governor is still claiming he's not the one and that he's innocent. That should tell you how some people will claim to be innocent regardless of the overwhelming evidence showing them culpable.

Photos are commonly used in today’s lineups, not the actual bodies.
Thanks for the insights. The victim knows the culprit and her testimony was key to the case. People should evaluate the facts of every case. There are always 3 sides to a coin, the head, the tail, and the edge.

I wonder why some folks only want to examine the OP's side of the story?

Yes. The victim identified Bah out of a lineup of 6-8 men.
This is not rocket science, a smart person would have just lined up the OP and the other two Africans living in the building, for the innocent victim to identify. There ought to have been no need to line up 6-8 Black men.

Ok boss.
I must commend your effort in trying to get justice. Miscarriage of justice shouldn't be tolerated anywhere in the world. Did you read the whole transcripts? In your first picture you presented, the OP highlighted the items that he thought could exonerate him. Ask for the whole evidence and read. Did you get the answers to the question of what is definition of inconclusive in the case? That part wasn't presented.

We all watched how Derek Chauvin caused the death of late Floyd. Do you know the defense counsels were looking for technicalities to get him acquitted from reports about him under the influence of drugs and alcohol. To them, that caused the death of late Floyd.

I believe the cops might have checked out the other two Africans in that building the OP claimed also lived in thr building, to ascertain their whereabouts as the time of the crime.

The fact is that the criminal lived in that building or have accessed to the code of the entrance. If you're a cop, how would you try to solve the crime? The three likely suspects would be the OP and the other two dudes staying in that building.
CrimeRe: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by takeit123: 10:11pm On Oct 13, 2021
I have been following the case from the first day it was posted on the first thread. As a security expert, I analyzed the facts and I feel the evidence is pointing to the accused that he committed the crime. Firstly, there was a DNA evidence of the key code to the laundry room matched the OP.

Secondly, the OP is trying very hard to prove his innocence about the call log. Most times, when the cops ask victims of crime about the time of crime, most folks don't give the exact time..they can only give the period of the crime. Except the victim had a watch as the time of the crime.

Another evidence is about the African accent of the criminal.

If you are a police officer with all these evidence, your instinct will tell you the OP is likely to be the culprit.

I believe some folks watched or read about OJ Simpson's trial. He was left of the hook based on technicalities. Every smart person knows during the trail that all the evidence pointed out that he committed the crime.

Years later the truth came out.

Only God knows the heart of men.

39. (1) An act is intentional and unlawful if it is committed. b) under false pretences or by fraudulent means.

(3) False pretences or fraudulent means, referred to in sub-section (1) (b), include circumstances where a person

(c) intentionally fails to disclose to the person in respect of whom an act which causes penetration is being committed, that he or she is infected by HIV or any other life-threatening sexual transmissible disease.

I did not want to have sex with her, I never force her or hiding my status because of sex,I never saw a relationship but she felt we are dating ,I never infected her. so you see
I was preventing stigma and how far she might go to tell about me.

I'm not justifying my actions, because if I told her she might not want sex, neither do I need it , for over 5month I never touched her, she felt somwhort and came, I also ensure I protect her for what she dont know. try understand me , and stop making me feel like a bad person
Read Section (24) (1) (b)

It's left for the court of public opinion and the law court to decide if you're a bad person. I won't comment again on this your action justifying your act. You felt bad that someone infected you intentionally. Didn't you?

I wonder the way some of you reason, I never said I went for her and I want to marry her , I can only disclose my status to her if only I initiated the love. so any lady that shows interest on me I should just tell them my status? oh.... if they go out telling people , do you guys know what that means? All the sex she initiated it and I'm not the sex type as she thinks that will make me to love her was it and moreover knowing my status I protected her in all ways from it . I cant go out and be telling people that want me to date them that I'm positive, that's nonsense. despite keeping my distance, not wanting her to come she's still there and I think this one meant well that's why I said should I inform her now because I think she is real despite my love for her is less than 40.
Do you know you committed a despicable crime? It's sad Nigeria is not a sane country, if it were to be a sane clime, your account should have been tracked by now and law enforcement agencies ought to have arrested you. FYI Check this link below

Seems you are just pain, we used protection despite I'm undetectable, I cant infect her, Do your research. HIV positive can marry HIV negative person and the partner will not be infected if the positive person takes his or her drugs well and also undetectable, which I am.
If it were to be a sane country you typed this nonsense and committed this satanic act, you'd have been jailed. If you were so sure about this assertion, why didn't you disclose your status to her? I have read so much about viruses and it's only through test a patient can be detected. Please do a survey and ask people if they would have sex with a positive person with protection?

Please don't get me wrong, I will never discriminate against PLWHA. I lost a loved cousin to the virus. The partner infected her. I know how exactly it feels to lose a loved one.

It is left for the lady to consent to your intimacy if you let her know. Like I said earlier, you need to ask God for forgiveness.

Take the current pandemic that has killed over 3 million people. In some sane countries, if you tested positive or told that you've had contact with someone that has Covid-19. The local health authorities will tell you to isolate yourself and quarantine for 14 days. They would pay your employer the wage, after he/she must have informed them. If you violate the regulations..you risk imprisonment or fine. Just do a Google search about similar case as yours in US and other sane countries and you'd discover what happened to those that failed to disclose their status to their partners, and having sex with them whether with protection or not.

What's the way out now.
The way out is for you to beg God for forgiveness. Report yourself to the nearest police station and allow the law take is course. I just don't know why folks like you are selfish and evil. If she was your sister or your daughter, would you be happy if a guy did that to her?

I went to your previous thread and copied the exact words you used. I pray God has mercy on you. You've literally pulled the trigger on the innocent lady. You claimed you love the lady like 40 percent. In my opinion you had no iota of ove for her. If you truly loves someone, even as little as 2 percent...you'd still care about their health and wellbeing.
