I'll miss Ruth Negga (Raina), I'm now having flashbacks to when her character was killed in Misfits. Ward has past redemption a long time ago for me - FitzSimmons incident. In his defense, he didn't mean to kill Agent 33, he thought he was killing May.

Although, I do fear for Jemma though, she's slowly entering the dark side thanks to Ward's antics and her fear of empowered beings.

That's true and also considering her been swallowed at the end of the season by that kree stone. She probably would go to the dark side full time cos she's harbouring the thoughts of doing bad thing to bad people now imagine when it spreads to good people who offends her a bit and then to innocent sideline watchers....Its a possibility sha

You're right and I hope those kind of people you're referring to gets the message. I've been to some tertiary institutions where you would see some group of people praying on the school football field late at night. From there they won't go to their hostel o, na to night class after staying in class all day.

But it's good in some school because nobody dare touches those kind of people, Cults dey fear dem and even most lectures sef won't near girls like that.. Na Orientation from house.

Yea, it has its advantage and disadvantages but most times they tend to overdo it, its just for them to balance their lives

So, this got me thinking, its quite possible for student to be in his/her finals but still hasn't gotten admission. So many would be thinking how possible is that, with all the quizzes written, assignments done, that someone would have hinted something about the 'half-baked' admission. Well lemme state here that I don't actually mean the admission that your jamb admission letter stated, I mean admission into school life and all the awesomeness the four corners of a university has a offer.
So many parents (mostly but not limited to the illiterates) make the assumption that when their children get into the university and don't hurriedly join a 'fire brand church' to be spitting fire to invincible demons that probably do not have their time, that they are leaving themselves bare as an open invitation to the devil. This 'half-filled' truth which is been made to seem 'truth-full' to their children imprints in the mind of these young adults the mindset of 'solely for Christ' for the complete four years of their university stay, such a student is visibly noticed to be different ( the been different here is a topic for another day) and is ready to cast out seeming demons from any of their course mate who tries even in the most harmless way to let them see things from another perspective.
I'm not here to permit immoral acts as a way of assuring oneself of his admittance into adulthood/manhood as so many of my 'church-brethren' might be thinking now but there are so many harmless activities 'within and outside' the church circle that are both 'sinless and harmless'. These various activities such as picnics, excursions, departmental conferences, comedy night, drama night, movie night, and the list goes on, these activities help broadens one's horizon about how the world really is because to me that is the true admission we were all granted when we checked our admission status.
So my church brethren 'loosen up a bit' and go make your own history the better way with 'Christ still in your life', and for those over doing the relaxation thing, tighten your loose buckles a bit and enjoy school the right way because moderation still matters in everything.

This is episode 22 (The season finale)

Damon realizes how Mogul was able to get most of Elena's school mates back to Mystic falls high and then plans on a way to stall the heretics killing spree until Bonnie can complete the spell needed to send them back, he then puts Matt under the protection of Caroline much to Matt's chagrin and sends Stefan and Tyler to New Orleans to ask Klaus for his help.
Elena and Damon then try to have a diplomatic chat with Kai, which ends in Kai snapping Elena's neck and almost staking Damon when his dad knocks him off. Alaric who was with him helps Damon up who then lifts Elena and they all hurriedly retreat before Kai can attack. As they get to the Salvatore's mansion, they meet a seriously panicking Jo who is afraid for the safety of her unborn child, Alaric promises to lay down his life if necessary for the safety of both mother and child. Bonnie comes to the living room with the announcement that the spell is ready and that she'll need to channel the Gemini's sacred ground and as she can't get to it, Jo and her dad would have to do as they are top on the family chain.
As the trio begin to chant, a blast is been heard outside the house and Mogul's voice can clearly be heard, demanding for his peace offering referring to Jo. Damon and Elena go outside to meet them and are met by a snarling Kai who remarks "these two love-sick doppleganger-wannabes don't learn" to which Damon replies, "actually we do" at which point sounds of neck ripping and a Heretic dropping dead was observed. A dramatic entrance made by a newly hybridized Tyler (It happens that it was Damon's big plan to get Klaus to use Hope's blood which he stored a little in a vial to turn Tyler into a hybrid, a request Klaus fulfilled with a catch). Kai and Damon reaching out for each others throat, Tyler goes after Mogul, Elena, Stefan, Caroline, Jo's dad, an armed-Matt and Enzo, all battle the remaining Heretics long enough for Bonnie who is channelling Jo to start the spell.
Meanwhile inside, as Bonnie begins to chant the spell standing by Jo who is lying down on the floor, Lily enters the room, and easily beats a charging Alaric by breaking his arm. She then proceeds to feed on Bonnie, who is way into channeling all the Geminis and freezes Lily on her step, she then proceeds by linking all the heretics to Lily which would momentarily strengthen Lily and make the heretics vulnerable but would also make banishing them all easier. In that moment of vulnerability most if the Heretics are killed. The weather begins to change and loud sounds of thunder can be heard, and as Lily is about to be banished, she awakens with the power of all the Heretics and knocks Bonnie off and runs out to find Mogul about to be killed by Damon, her eyes become blood filled and she goes towards Damon in full speed to stake him only to suddenly disappear along with Mogul and all the remaining Heretics prompting a surprise stare from everyone.
A weak Bonnie comes staggering out of the mansion, bleeding and is fed vampire blood by Damon.
It is understood that Bonnie completed the spell as fast as she could and banished Lily into "Void" along with Mogul and all the Heretics they hadn't been killed. Everyone gives a sign if relief and acknowledge within themselves that there are greater evils in the world then they actually know.

Meanwhile, in a post credit scene, a person is cross staggering along the high way into where two couples are making out, asks tiredly for water and then collapses. Focusing on the face of the victim, its Katherine's face!

Senator Madridguy doesn't sound so well to me!

This is actually supposed to be last week's update, I was very much tied down.

This episode 21 picks up immediately after the previous episode

Damon beckons on the rest of the team on what this means for the entire Mystic Falls and Whitmore college and they must try to put preventive defensive measures at strategic locations such as the hospital were Jo works at with immediate urgency. Almost immediately, rumblings can be heard all over town, Damon and Stefan run off to go check out what's happening and they behold the greatest carnage they've ever seen, piles of dead bodies everywhere, a kind of sight that makes 'ripper Stefan' look like a boy toy.
Bonnie, Elena and Caroline are on witchy duty to find a way to send the Heretics back to their prison world. No loop hole on the spell seems to be forth coming cause Lily destroyed the ascendant after her rescue mission turned successful. They do come across Jo's father who tells them and teaches Bonnie the loophole to the spell, reminding Bonnie that every spell has a loophole, he also chips in to their notice that Mogul would most probably go after every of their old friends preferably their High school class mates as its his signature move. Caroline immediately calls Stefan to tell him of the new development to which he's shocked, She then asked him to be on Matt and Tyler protection duty as they are both humans and very vulnerable to such attacks..
After hours if carefully detailed planning for the show down. The entire gang step out to play their roles. Elena shows up to Mystic falls high where she sees most of her class mates bleeding and some dead , she screams out Kai's name to which he suddenly appears in front of her which startles her. Elena states that they are ready to get Jo's dad for Mogul so far it stopped the present carnage going on in the entire Mystic falls, Mogul makes a dramatic entrance stating he doesn't want Jo's dad again but that he wants Jo herself as her unborn twins are the key to opening the door to new opportunities for him and his crew as their bloods are pure and haven't been stained with Gemini atrocities and Jo their mother is the twin to Kai who is one of them and that such occurrence is very rare. All this utterances leaves Elena agape and visibly devastated as to what length the Heretics would go to teach a lesson to those who wronged them in the past

This week's episode 20 picks up immediately after my last week's episode 19.

A bright light dies down and the faces of Liv, Lily and The heretics surrounding is revealed, along with the newest member of their crew, Kai.
The newly turned Kai who has an uncontrolled appetite goes for Liv's artery to quench his appetite, he's stopped on his track by the leader of the heretics, Mosul, who explains to an already shaky Kai how feeding should be done. Liv shaking with fear calls on Lily for help with the later lending a deaf ear to her pleas and stating that she has kept her part of the bargain by reuniting her and Kai. And Liv dies.
Caroline is having a hard time coping with all the flooding emotions she's feeling after Stefan successfully gets her to flip the switch. Elena and Bonnie helps her get over it as she doesn't want to see Stefan at the moment cos of shame. She's feeling all the pain of her mother passing away, the feeding on Liam, the body count she increased in the morgue. Elena offers to Stefan over the phone that he will be the only one to help her get through it, as he's Caroline strength, referring he and Caroline's strong friendship before the romance.
Stefan and Damon gather to discuss on best ways to stop their mother from getting the Heretics to the present day world, during their strategizing the lights in the Salvatore mansion goes off and the Heretics have a dramatic entry to the awe of Stefan and Damon, Mogul approaches them, his speech which has a strict feel in its tone annoys Damon who attempts to rip his heart out but is unsuccessful. Mogul processes his forgiveness to Damon's unsettled pose as he needs the brothers help in getting across to the Gemini coven as he states there's something of his in their possession, he gives them 12hours to get him Jo's dad or the Heretics will tear Mystic falls inside out starting from the people they both love, referencing Elena in particular.
The whole gang is able to come together to find a way to work this out, as Jo's dad is still in town its easy to get to him but they need a plan to assure he's not hurt in the process of stalling the Heretics long enough to kill them or almost all of them.
Bonnie is on duty to get some items for the plan and she encounters Kai, he heart is at her mouth and Kai laughs and taunts her saying she's as weak as she says she's strong, he tells her that if she's planning anything stupid on behalf of her friends that she should remember that she's 1witch against about 6others and that her magic stands no chance against the Heretics, before she can reply he disappears.
Back at the Salvatore mansion were the hand over is to take place with less than an hour till the dead line, Jo's dad opens his eye and sees he's tied to a chair in the sitting room and tries to escape but can't, he sees Stefan, Alaric and Damon with Damon telling him of their intention to hand him over to the Heretics, he begs them not to as they won't stop until every single member of the Gemini coven including Jo's unborn twin is killed, the mention of twin shocks Alaric as he knows what been a Gemini twin means for either of his unborn child. There's not enough time to process the info as the room goes dark and becomes dimly lit within a second with the Heretics already inside. Mogul expresses his pleasure he feels with the sight of seeing the present keeper of the Gemini dynasty with his reach. Stefan and his mother exchange eye contacts as its the first time he's seeing her after she turned on his humanity with a Damon scripted performance, she turns her eyes away from him and walks towards Mogul, its noticeably clear that Lily and Mogul are in a romantic relationship to the outright disgust of Damon as he states 'Mom you can do better', at whom she replies 'same can be said about you, but you choose to stick to sickly pathetic wretched and helpless Elena'. Mogul cuts them short and is about to take Jo's dad with him when he realises that he's been starring at a golum(a doll with a beating heart that takes the form and personality of a person that its been spelled to imitate) all this while, he angrily lashes out and asks what arant nonsense is this, Kai and the other Heretics take a defensive stance with their fangs out. At that moment, Enzo, Elena and Caroline all break into the house from the roof ready to fight. Mogul stops Kai who's about to give the first blow to Team Mystic falls on his track and he says to the later that he'll make them suffer in ways so unimaginable for the layman to comprehend, after which he'll wipe out the Gemini coven from the history of the earth, the lights go dim and bright within a second and all the Heretics are gone leaving Team Mystic falls feeling scared and starring at one another

On realizing the true face of the people whom his mom wants to go rescue from the 1903 prison world, Damon certainly disagrees and would definitely not risk his safety nor that of his loved ones in the place of his mother's companionship. The only thought he has is how to get the ascendant he gave her as leverage for her help I'm getting Stefan to his old self back.
Stefan on the other hand is having a hard time tracking down Caroline, she knows he knows her and as such is avoiding all possible places he might guess she is, in that light he enlists the help of someone who knows Caroline more than he does, Bonnie.
Tyler realizes that if he's always around his friends on mystic falls, something could always happen that'll trigger his werewolf curse again and will have to suffer all the transformation-associated pain at every full moon and then prepares to say his goodbye to mystic falls for good.
Dam in confronts Lily Salvatore on her true mission and she impales him to a wall to stop him from collecting the ascendant from her, on escaping, she bumps into Liv who had come to say her goodbye to Tyler, she discovers Liv is a witch and manipulates her into helping her into the 1903 prison world with the promise of delivering Kai to her whom Liv thinks she has a spell to resurrect Luke in his body as that was her main purpose of returning to mystic falls.
Damon goes with Elena to the hospital at Whitmore College to go ask Jo's help in stopping Lily's plan of bringing the Heretics over to the present time. They meet her dad who came into town to understand fully what was happening and warn them what a whole army of heretic meant for not just the Gemini coven but the entire Mystic falls.
Lily tracks Caroline down to the border of Mystic falls with help from a locator spell from Liv, she strikes a deal with Caroline for Bonnie's blood in exchange to getting rod of humanity-filled Stefan whom humanity-less Caroline loathes more than anything.

Bonnie is surprised with finding her there and is suspicious that it could be a trap but none the less goes to sit with her after texting Stefan of her location as the bar is filled with people. She tries to talk Caroline to her senses but is interrupted when Caroline threatens to feed on the bartender if she continues and then taunts Bonnie on all the time she was in the 1994 prison world and mocks her for not killing herself after Damon and Kai left, this causes the response Caroline had hoped for and Bonnie goes outside to get some air in which Caroline vamps-out on her from behind and Bonnie goes all witchy on her and Caroline then cries out in pain at which time Lily attacks Bonnie and quickly gets her blood sample and as she's about to leave comes face to face with Damon who leaves her to go as to give Bonnie some of his blood to heal her, as Caroline who has regained consciousness tries to run, Stefan shows up and vervains her quickly.
