You can also go to the bank to lodge a complaint; you will be given a form to fill-in the details of the transaction.

The fault is not from the bookies; but from the bank/interswitch.

I will advice u to check if the name on ur ATM card is correctly written, I once had such issues, I only have two name on my card and I entered d 2 name it keep on telling me Payment error, it was wen I entered my full name it comes successful. try d full name. re ooo

I have done that but its still the same issue.

I now tried to use the 'forgot password option' to start the whole process all over again.

After inputting the secret answer, it showed SUCCESSFUL.

I then tried to log-in with the default password which is the SURNAME, but it kept showing 'INCORRECT LOGIN CREDENTIALS'.

I used the old password, its still showing 'INCORRECT LOGIN CREDENTIALS'.

I'm at a loss at what to do now huh
