PoliticsRe: PDP Govs In Stormy Meeting With Obasanjo; Amaechi, Jang To Step Down by talktimi(m): 11:31am On Aug 14, 2013
dlox147: to be fare to the !st lady, Ameachi mosttimes does the right thing the wrong way..You may argure she has no reason to meddle but luck at it this way,its her state and she has always been part of the rivers PDP political structure, Her family was able to come this far in politics as a result of ths character that we all condemn..maybe she over reacted, but she was trying to make her people feel that sense of security. While we caution her we should also tell Ameachi to be diplomatic in his approach to issues, He is no longer a 'Port Harcourt Boy' but a leader and that one small action can lead to loads of uncontrolled reactions ....
you see this woman is causing a lot of distractions and un necessary insults for her husband from the electorate who voted him in thats why i say her wings need to be clipped. If there's a grievance, the presidency can go about it in a smoother way to solve the problem eg it is an open secret in ph that the abonema wharf ghetto violently demolished by Amaechi is right now being converted to a massive tank farm owned by him and his cronies. So i do not support Amaechi but i also do not support the way mrs Jonathan went about the whole issue.

PoliticsRe: Video: Lagosians Jostle For Rice Distributed In Celeberation Of Fashola's Dad by talktimi(m): 7:31am On Aug 14, 2013
ajasa olufemi: @ Talk to me..Don't tell me you are a deaf and dumb. Videos don't lie..It has sound authenticity: Listen to it. Besides, check the source of the video, it is not one of the nameless, faceless domains where people publish anything...it is a national news medium and it dare not pay with such sensitive topic for mere cheap popularity. Yesterday marked the Fidau of Fashola's dad and most Local Government Areas celebrated the occasion as they please. This took place at Iponri area of Lagos, yesterday....parceled jollof rice...that is what the they were given..dint you see the children walk away with ders
i guess you diatribe is directed @ payless since he's the one who questioned your post. Ok
PoliticsRe: Kalu's House Lockup - The Truth. He Owes Tax to Land Owners. by talktimi(m): 7:23am On Aug 14, 2013
agbameta: What's there to twist? That the man is or not a lawbreaker and a dead beat?

The thing is, it's ok when other Nigerians are held responsible for their actions, but it's always tribalsim and other dumb nonsense when it comes to ibo people.

Can you people just get over yourselves already?
youre not serious o, in your mind now anybody who isnt yoruba is automatically an igbo man ? Sorry for you.. Openly on another thread people like you were hailing Fashola for sealing the premises of an igbo scum now your deluded self tries to act all righteous by saying OUK hasnt paid taxes on the building, why didnt LASG notice the tax infraction long before the man's comments ?
PoliticsRe: Kalu's House Lockup - The Truth. He Owes Tax to Land Owners. by talktimi(m): 5:50am On Aug 14, 2013
agbameta: Twist it and give any tribal color you want, that house is getting sealed up again id that dead beat and law breaker refuse to step up to his societal responsibilities by paying his taxes.

PoliticsRe: Orji Kalu Claims Lagos Property Sealed After He Crticised Fashola by talktimi(m): 10:44pm On Aug 13, 2013
I dunno why you guys are acting surprised over this issue. Gen Fash openly said there was much at stake for the igbo's to lose investment wise if they kept yapping about the deportation issue, this is clearly what our amiable progressive meant by that so pls next time never criticize Gen Fash or any APC stalwart. Ok
PoliticsRe: The Hypocrisy Of ASUU by talktimi(m): 8:03pm On Aug 13, 2013
You see, the ASUU are a bunch of rogues who really have no clear agenda except to their sinister selves. Let me site the rivers state university of science and technology as an instance, no matter how the ASUU lecturers and their cohorts try to vilify prof Fakae, you cant deny the marked improvement in infrastructure around the school campus which is down to the careful utilization of both i.g.r's and state govt funding, if other state and fed universities had utilized their funds properly, nobody would really need to hold students hostage like this. Bear in mind though that the rsust is not in ASUU
PoliticsRe: Orji Kalu Claims Lagos Property Sealed After He Crticised Fashola by talktimi(m): 7:49pm On Aug 13, 2013

Obviously the APC is on a massive fund raiser for the Anambra elections.

kelvincoll: Seems to me Gov Rochas has lost the Magic stick undecided

PoliticsRe: Okorocha's New ID Card Project Is A Scam - Imo Workers by talktimi(m): 10:05pm On Aug 12, 2013
Okorocha the "PROGRESSIVE" scammer
PoliticsRe: Meet The Saviour Of Anambra State by talktimi(m): 12:11pm On Aug 12, 2013
As far as APC supporters are concerned, if you dont support their candidate then youre an "ignoramus". That is very silly & pathetic indeed but its not surprising sha as insults and mud- slinging is a regular attribute of our so called "progressives". This is a democracy and not a dictatorship and so let the politicians go on campaign and sell their manifesto while Anambra people decide who will lead them after all said and done
Car TalkRe: New Plate Number And Driver's License by talktimi(m): 11:18am On Aug 12, 2013
I heard from unconfirmed sources that our amiable first lady got the contract for the new number plates and drivers licence. Maybe thats the reason for the rush
PoliticsRe: Nigeria Is So Corrupt It Would Be Better To Burn Our Aid Money- Britain! by talktimi(m): 9:06am On Aug 12, 2013
Why cant these saintly Brits stop their banks from accepting deposits/lodgements from our corrupt politicians & make repatriation of such cash less cumbersome ? Funny people
PoliticsRe: Jonathan’s 2015 Bid May Destroy Nigeria – APC by talktimi(m): 1:32pm On Aug 11, 2013
Honestly the APC should concentrate on getting a credible candidate for their party rather than pock nosing into PDP affairs at every given opportunity. Silly rabbits
PoliticsRe: Buhari Must Respect Agreement Not To Contest In 2015 by talktimi(m): 2:48pm On Aug 10, 2013
Its quite a pathetic situation the APC looking so confused at such an early stage in their existence & to top it all, their most "credible" candidate might just come from the "killer" PDP. Do i hear Theophilos Danjuma or Aminu Tambuwal ? #iLaugh
PoliticsRe: Buhari Must Respect Agreement Not To Contest In 2015 by talktimi(m): 12:07am On Aug 10, 2013

TravelRe: GOL Airline To Begin Flights To Lagos by talktimi(m): 10:19pm On Aug 09, 2013
Afam4eva: I agree with you. As long as there's a Lagos, Ibadan may never achieve it's full potentials. Many people even forget that IB has an airport. If Ibadan was in another region, it would have been a force to reckon with but unfortunately, if you're less than 1 hour drive from Lagos, you're just as redundant as they come. Ibadan has to start carving a niche for itself instead of trying to achieve.
lets be realistic here, there cant/shouldn't be two international airports at such close proximity to each other at least not that rubbish thats going to happen by the time Bayelsa state rounds up their own airport which is barely a few minutes drive from omagwa int airport in ph. What im trying to say is that other effective and viable means of transportation should be explored eg the unbundling of the railway from the fg into private hands so that regions like the sw for example can have a high speed rail network through ppp with the governors just ensuring they make their respective states a tourist and business hub. My 2 cents sha.
