Lekki port's completion is just one of the solutions that can never be final.

Why can't we think of fully developed sea ports in other states like Ogun, Ondo, Edo, Delta, Rivers and Cross River. Must all port businesses be done in Lagos alone? Other non-coastal states can also be involved.
