There is already a precedence for muslim,muslim tickets which happens to be the best election so far in the history of Nigeria.

Nigeria voting bank is core North (north east and North west) with 90% muslim populations.

PDP is looking up north after buhari 8years( this singular act betrayed principle of power rotation) .you cant really blame them, their game plan is to win at all cost.

If APC field muslim,muslim ticket with buhari support it will neutralize pdp votes in core North. At the end both party aim is to win irrespective of breaking tradition

South west and north central will vote irrespective of that because they have same voting pattern.

When Peter Obi said something of this nature few years back, some people requested for his head.

The truth is that, a non-indigene doesn't know the pains and the culture of the people and as such may not govern them properly, Governor Mohammed was right on this.

Say no to any kind of imposed leadership, be it police, Army, Navy, Air force etc, let someone who understands the pains and language of his people lead them.

That's my opinion though.

Don't mind the yorubas. The reason APC lost that Edo election was because of tinubu. Ize iyamu dat defeated obaseki in 2016 with PDP and d election was rigged to obaseki. Ize iyamu is loved in Edo. But that tinubu factor and APC cost him dat seat
