There is nothing unconstitutional in what the house is saying. They are not stopping any Nigerian from leaving in lagos or carrying out any legitimate business but they are saying nobody should be allowed to claim ownership of the state under any guise because Lagos indigenes can not claim ownership of any part of eastern Nigeria. I hope this is clear.
