TheLoneCitizen: This is why Moses keeps getting called up . He's not tall as osimhen, doesn't dazzle like ejuke. He's got it but it seems the whole thing is on the team as a whole, chucks is young and selfless and can work with osimhen, but kalu, s. Moses, Musa will rather go for it IMO though |

Nomyth: He was on loan at Akwa United last season, from an MLS team. Nigerian teams (clubs) are bad technically, good thing most are into academy groomed players now. He's going higher from there! |

do4luv14: Because international games are different, club games have players training and basically living their lives together everyday until one gets a call-up, which is by consistent good performance. Imagine having koulibaly at the defense and di Lorenzo, mertens, insigne and anguissa almost every week, telling them how you want your passes based on the number of trainings and failures in mastering it. And then you come to the national team to play with (S. Moses, S. Kalu, ebuehi, aina and shehu, with their different tactics and game play) others, you'd have to adjust and adapt for a while, bar injuries. Btw, in as much as teams shape players, team mates shape themselves too. Remember Chile has never had a better squad than Argentina, but they've beaten them to the cup back-to-back. |

Iheanacho is a beast. The trust from the midfield was amazing and it was easy linking with midfield and vardy, a defender's nightmare. At a time in the game it was as if he played No. 8. did anyone see that too? 3 Likes |

I noticed a few things recently in the SE and it's very commendable. Osimhen is actually proving that his value as a player is worthy. He's doing great both club and country, being in the news lately compared to the covid period. You know most of these countries cherish Nigeria not just as a country through our successes in various sectors, they also know about the players (most African countries love football and keep up with games), so they're gaining reputation playing against them thanks to the pitches that is slowing the pace of African football to progress. Btw so many of us have been saying a lot about the team surviving on individual brilliance and technique, that maybe true. But the most important thing about this team is iwobi, my happiness is that he's settling in well in his fav position. Constant reminder of his bad display is normal but ignoring his influence in the game is so funny. I also think Yobo is learning a lot from rhor and the way he gets along with the players is something that would be important, I see a good SE coach in him. #myhumbleopinion 1 Like |

No to judge at all. He said he's "happily" married for 3 years before the "correctional-intentional slap happened. I've had a few beautiful women as exes, trust me, these people can nag you to slap yourself, your mom and the school principal of your secondary School, your boss and even your pastor. Hitting a spouse is abuse and shouldn't be condoned. He fell for something he should have learnt from several relationships. Pastors, family members, soldiers and friends are tired of interfering in matters like these again, police was the next option. Dem go happily collect bail still warn am not to touch the woman Lol. Nigeria owes each of it's citizens, we deserve therapists at least once everyday. Whether married, civil servant, STUDENT, each of us all. 1 Like |

Subzero047: He didn't struggle in EPL either, he just wasn't noticed playing alongside Lemina and RLC. If na midfield, atm I think Africans or players with African origin has been better in the past few years (8 years). We're only struggling at the flanks, with Mane being exceptional. |

paulolee: Juve failed him so much. Look at the midfielders given to him. Khedira, matuidi (first season), Arthur (exchanged for another average player), Pjanic (can't even make a consistent game day appearance), kuluveski (young lad who's not so creative), Weston McKennie?? Really? (Pure carpenter), Rabiot (left PSG because of game time and is just average). Now look at Danilo (RB that man city easily got rid of and replaced him with someone that created a bond with CR7). What else? He was their highest goal scorer for 3 years (including the same UCL). Juve is the "most" less creative team I know, in the Euro big 4. Prove me wrong. 2 Likes 1 Share |
