let say walking, she can walk a distance b4 taking a car to where ever she is going
if she can b doing th@ every day
she should b doin this everyday b4 her menstrual cycle..
Even if she a house wife, she should walk arroud and excersice
she wil nt experience severe pain

all this pain killer for me just increase e pain more

maybe he witnessed one funeral where cake was cut, it could have been celebration of the deceased life. U know when grown ups like 90 and over dies we celebrate them rather than making mourning the entire time, BUT it was just one funeral and he cant use that to generalize everything. Ghanaians CELEBRATE burial as if it was a wedding or birthday celebration I don't knw why. some go as far making burial cakes and cutting cakes as if na wedding. so I don't doubt their ability of making such coffins.

when the lady die, the dress she wear on her traditional marriage and wedding is wh@ she wil take 2 the grave.
Usually the traditional one is fold and but beside her in e coffin
