Why turn this simple thread into something tribal? Why are the brothers from the east so bitter. If by now you don't see the positivity in Lagos states deportation programme then shame on you, you're one of those backward thinkers. Afterall, all other states that received deportees gladly welcomed their indigenes. Only easterns are making noise all over the place |
vanunu: One of the things I love Moslems, they don't waste resources in burial ceremony! Mortuary bills, golden casket, uniforms etc. What is the point of using a casket, can you tell me what the advantage is? How is not using a casket unhealthy? Please Explain |
The devil at 80 |
I urge them to beware of those PDP members who don't even know the meaning of the word progressives and what it stands for, those blockheads that have refused to let the nation move forward for donkey years. I'm so positve APC will unseat PDP, the quality of politicians from both sides is not comparable |
Tho think that this criminal has been passing judgement on people is rather sad. This people from the east coast never cease to amaze with their attrocities!! |
taharqa2: All LIARS wud hv their aboard in d hotest part of Hell, Guy. Be warned...Mr man, were you sleeping when the FG announced the cancellation of the contract to Bi-courtney and awarded it to JB & RCC early this year? My point is the contractors didn't have to wait till the Flag-off before mobilizing to site since they've been awarded the contract many months ago. Also what was the point of the GEJ fanfare when he knew work wasn't going to start immediately. A thinking government would flag off construction on the day work actually begins |
Despite the fanfare and ceremony associated with the launching & commencement of the reconstruction of Lagos-Ibadan expressway by Goodluck Jonathan a few weeks ago hardly any visible work has started. Not even one single equipment has been seen on the road. As I pass the road everyday, each day looks worse than the previous. The contract for the reconstruction of the LIB road was awarded since Jan 2013 to Messrs Julius berger & RCC which means work should have started before the GEJ launch charade. I hope this won't turn out to be another boondoggle after watching closely the attitude of the FG like it is doing the south-west a favour also taking into consideration the over-over bloated sum of N167 billion for the road construction It is unfortunate that there is this deliberate or unconscious attitude in the man at the top to feel or be made to feel by his kinsmen around him, that in developing other parts of the country, some kind of favour is being done to the area concerned.

For a minister to come out and give false information just shows that these guys don't realy care if you have light or not |
Yesterday, at a press conference on the state of the nation, Nigerian Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka and lawyer, Femi Falana, criticised Nigeria’s first lady, Patience Jonathan, accusing her of “being used by her husband” to destabilize Rivers State. Soyinka described Dame Jonathan as “a mere domestic appendage of power” who depends on state security apparatus to intimidate. In very strong words, he said, “Be a lady before being a First Lady. In fact you can’t be a First Lady without first being a lady. Is she the first 1st Lady we’ve had? The vulgarity has become intolerable. We’ve now reached the bottom of obscenity…” The press conference which was supposed to be on the Wole Soyinka Center Media Lecture Series coming up Saturday 13, July condemned the Rivers State House of Assembly crisis dwelt mostly on the Rivers crisis. Soyinka came down hard on Evans Bipi, who was elected by 5 out of 32 assembly members as speaker on Tuesday. He said to the journalists in the hall, “Stop treating the clown as an equal of the elected speaker. If you must refer to him as speaker, use small letters, put in inverted commas and add self declared.” On his part, Falana called for the removal of the Rivers State police Today, at a press conference on the state of the nation, Nigerian Nobel Laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka and lawyer, Femi Falana, criticised Nigeria’s first lady, Patience Jonathan, accusing her of “being used by her husband” to destabilize Rivers State. Ideas from prison...rantings of a criminal, I couldn't make sense of the discussion |
Mr GEJ, hell is not in our world, and you have no power to send anybody there. What have you done about this criminals on earth where you have the power. DUMY President |
thriz: And if his govt did not intervene like OBJ did not intervene would you have flogged him, any way you are from a generation of conginental ingrates. You are mentally enslaved, you're from a generation of staunted reasoning. You're one of those Nigeirians that can't just imagine a progressive government therefore you're very pleased with mediocrity. You have lost your dignity and you don't know it. |
If FG didn't intervene then who would have? Is it not their responsibility. He makes it seem like they came to do us a favour. Mediocre government! |
Makes it sound like he's doing the country a favour by taking up something he should have done long ago. |
"We are also unhappy over the bad state of roads across the nation," the statement said. The above says it all. Then some people will still come and say GEJ is fixing roads, posting some silly pictures. No to cluelessness in 2015 |
awodman: ...."These countries have set ambitious goals in electricWhy are you all trying so hard to paint GEJ in a bright picture? If he was realy that good, you don't need to be telling us the above, we would already know |
At least we hear news of Fashola commisioning this and that every time. What has Jonathan commisioned this year? Jang governors forum office? |
We all know these problems exist in our society. Let us forget our past mistakes and focus on the present and future. The way to redemption is not easy and its also not difficult. For the present, the leader which is the president in this case has about 80% role to play in correcting this wrongs. He sets examples and behaves in a way which he expects his followers to emulate. He is responsible for shaping the psychology of his followers through his own actions either positive or negative. We human beings in turn naturally follow whoever we look up to as a leader. In this case, GEJ who is the leader is a crook,he associates himself with similar crooks, he pardons his corrupt associates and gives his friends a free hand to steal while he looks the other way. He even pays out large sums of money to militants for a boondoggle. Then he presents himself as a decent person to nigerians. Why are you then lamenting that selfishness and greed is the order of the day. You can see that the reason is not farfetched, it obviously from the Top. It is impossible to try to be diplomatic between good and evil which is what GEJ is doing and that's why some people hate him so much and disrespect him. You're either good or bad. If your pretend to be both you lose your value among followers. Now for the future, the solution is come 2015 No to GEJ, No to cluelessness, no to corruption |
The only way to effectively eliminate traffic on Lagos roads is the provision of complimenting modes of transport most especially rail transport. Lagos traffic would miraculously vanish like bubbles. That is a fact |
He's a crook |
Its so unfortunate we have a crook as a president. The most painful part of it is the low lifes that are still singing his praises. Do we not want our country to move forward Sincere9nigerian nd co. Why have u chosen to sell your soul for what is not right. The life of this world is very short only if you knwe. It beats me how you follow this people blindly. Are u happy with the way things are? You should ask yourself Don't you want to see your children go to good schools and excel? Can you travel interstate without having a flat tyre or seeing an accident as a result of bad roads? Are you happy with the corruption among the ruling class which GEJ openly embraces? Do you like a person like Tony Anenih a self styled demon still making decisions in this country and many others like him? Has power realy improved in your household in all honesty? If you do not see anything wrong in the above and you still thing GEJ is the solution then you're a nuisance I do not understand why a government would be jubilating over pseudo-achievments on paper while we see a different thing entirely in the real sector. I hear claims everyday of increasing megawatts in the country yet the power suupply to my house is no different from the way its always been. Solution: 2015, NO to Gej, NO to cluelessness, NO to PDP |
The fact that his administration will be the end of PDP rule in Nigeria and he Gej will hand over to the opposition |
GEJ MY MENTOR! MAY GOD BLESS YOU RICHLY!!!!
Hahaha! So GEJ is your mentor? You shall be a slow blockhead for the rest of your life. Its a path you've chosen for yourself |
Wats so amusing about this? Just look at the choir of praise singers and sycophants around this man. Is it this type of people that will tell Jonathan the truth? |
Senseless talk from a senseless party controlled by very senseless people |
His royal cluelessness! |
GEJs government is simply a joke. Just a few weeks ago it was 10,000 MW by december, now its 7000MW by 2014. My biggest issue is with sympathizers of this joker of a president, they will still not see anything wrong with this. A government ALWAYS going back and forth, making empty promises, rolling out pseudo-achievements for their apologists to praise, never get anything done throughout the year. Shame on GEJ and his supporters! |
emekatimsu: Am sure by the time hs is called back from his suspension he will have learnt one or two lessons on how not to talk carelessly to the press.Wow! Is this realy your opinion? Would you rather he kept quiet while the government was being oblivious of its duties? Says a lot about what kind of person you are ; crooked I guess. Shame on you!! This PDP party is just an omen, they don't even seem to have any member that means well for the country in any state. They are all rouges nd dogs SOLUTION: No to PDP, No to cluelessness come 2015 |
Sincere 9gerian: In other words, Fashola is doing mainly street roads (local govt grade roads), "environmental sanitation and traffic control" with N30billion monthly revenue. Yet, they say he's a performer? That is the power of media propaganda. Smh!At this juncture, after reading a lot of your posts I'm sorry I have to call you a phoool mr insincere nuisance. Must you support anything this government does even when they are glaringly wrong. Supporting what this thug Maku has said just gives you away nd puts you in a very bad light. Please if you can't be objective stop posting comments. Thanks |
And some people would still support this kind of party that doesn't even have the slightest regard for citizens of this country. I put a curse on such people |
I LOVE THIS!! |
hillsate: Guys, with all the NGF election brouhaha, I can confirm to you that our Governors are not smart after all. What is the meaning of what you just wrote? Pointless!! A piece of sophistry |
