The main culprits are sachet water and plastic cans. In as much as i commend the intentions of the bill i think its targeted at the wrong culprits.

What the government should be doing is looking at recycling ideas. Only two percent for the world's plastic waste gets recylced,even developed countries are still battling with waste management.

I have been saying it and I will repeat it, South Africa are most organized team in the tournaments, I have been watching their game for a long time, they have a solid defefence, and fast attack,they will beat super eagle if eagle play the way they played against Madagascar and Cameroon..
