[s]Nyesom Wike has been the trend for some couple of weeks now for his stringent measure put in place in Rivers state to curtail the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.

Before you rain those abuses on the Executive Governor I will love you to understand some certain things- Who is a leader, who obeys a leader and why must a leader be obeyed.

Before I roll the ball to you what is an "Executive Order" you can see that some of you who are learned and still call the Governor names, berates him are doing just the wrong thing.

What is an Executive Order?

An Executive is an order that comes from the a government and must be obeyed like a law, an order issued by a government's executive on the basis of authority specifically granted to the executive branch.

This use of executive orders is very necessary in the context of regulatory contradiction and uncertainty in Nigeria.

Executive Orders are to be respected just like the law of the land, Executive orders don't last long it just for a mean time.

The Constitution of Nigeria under Presidential System of Government stipulates this very elaborately. This is not the first time that Nigeria is witnessing an Executive Order under Democracy.

The Governor only intervened using an executive order that is his constitutional right as the Chief Security Officer of the State.

The scientists not my mama took it to lab and did a trial which came out to be a vaccine for malaria not Covid-19.

Again, Hydroxylchloroquine is not a vaccine nor cure for Covid-19.

Nigeria should give a trial to this drug, Hydroxylchloroquine has proven enough that it doesn't cure Covid-19

Anyways, same America just administered Redmirsiv (or whatever name) for trial. If Hydroxylchloroquine really works they don't need to administered any drug for trial again. The Hydroxylchloroquine only works for the feverish symptoms the patient is exhibiting and it doesn't work for every patient.

Science is not about your "common sense", one have to go lab and work it out!

It's the best option. Untreated malaria will kill, and the person will be recorded among covid19 deads.

That is why NCDC removed hydroxylchloroquine as a treatments drug, so that malaria fatality will recorded as covid19 fatality. Evil people.
