This plan is an insult to professionals like me. This was certainly drawn by a quack draughtsman
Which architect still designs on tracing paper wih point pens and stencils when we have Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD 3D.
OP get that plan redesigned by a professional. Who still uses a void courtyard next to a kitchen in a bungalow just for lighting purposes?
The design is shabby, very shabby.
The toilets for the two rooms should be ensuite, Same as that for the guestroom...
The situation of the guestroom is also a no-no for me. It should not be accessed on the same lobby where the master's bedroom is accessed through. There is no privacy.
Only professionals can relate to my critique.
To your question on cost? No need building this trash. Get it redesigned.
Not an engineer, but that plan definitely isn't okay. So many things just wrong. But the house already built so.
adam500hr: Was not blind, met within 3 wks, got pregnant, told my parents i cant marry her cos i don't know her well, but they said in order to avoid shame for her family cos her pops was a pastor and that i wouldn't want the same fate to become of my own daughter, that i'll just have to marry her. That's where the story of my life began.
Wow, this is the root cause. You would have rejected the offer. But that is past now.
Staying happy is paramount. Ask her stylishly to confess maybe you may forgive her, to have concrete evidence. Secure your kids and let her go.
That shame your parents were trying to avoid is now in a worse form. We should never be pressured into marriage under any guise.
My school I love to remember you daily. The great UNILORIN SECONDARY SCHOOL. For I know success is mine In all good things I do in life Meaningful and comprehensive training you've given me. Oooh we all love our school When teaching and learning goes in comprehensive ways (not sure of this anymore) Sitting on its own little hill as it seems to say So we finally, find our way (2x) God Bless UNILORIN SECONDARY SCHOOL I pray you go from strength to strength. Amen.
seunmsg: Olisa Agbakoba made some valid points but I don't agree with his conclusion that we are in a recession. We have economic challenges quite alright but things are not as bad as the critics are making it look.
All his suggestions about forex is the same argument we've heard over and over again. The same IMF argument of devaluation that has never worked before. The government already made it clear they won't officially devalue the Naira and that's the decision for now.
Good news is, the price of oil in the international market is now rising gradually and even the local manufacturers are now getting up due to the forex restriction. So, we should allow the government to continue on its current part since things are looking up gradually.
When you separate Recession from Crisis, you will understand. Recession deviates before it gets to crisis. Just like HIV degenerates over time to full blown AIDS.
Bunch of hypocrites out here. And I am sure most girls are beefing cos they cant twerk especially the old manas wey their body don sag after dropping children.
Do you even know whether thats why Yobi married her?
adexmuhyi: Please I need tips on how to start a pop corn business, want to have the idea of how much the capital could be so as to be of help in school.
Thanks
I have a popcorn machine for sale. Holla 08185023697. Once you have a good spot and good recipe for mixing, you re good to go.
atlwireles: People like this writer irritate the hell out of me. You people cannot have it both ways. You lost the SP and Speaker's office and suddenly you maggots are speaking in tongues. What is Jonathan's failure is this man mentally sick. You people did all to sink his ship and you dare come out to cry today. You people have not seen anything yet, Jonathan failed reelection is most likely the great change Nigeria needed for 100 years.
Good many of you can read the hand writings on the wall.
Jonathan's failure to secure a decentralized future for Nigeria is what is discussed in the article and not his failure to govern well. Read again. He refused to play dirty politics which unfortunately is the only way to secure victory around here and for that he has thrown away all he has strived for in bettering Nigeria as a nation.
Brugo: As harsh it may appear, you have said the frank truth. I suspect he is only concerned about his children now because of the wealth of their Grandfather.
I knew something was wrong when I read that he wept as she told him she had aborted the pregnancy. I'm yet to meet a teenager who would weep cos his girl aborted an UNWANTED pregnancy. He would be relieved instead.
He said he wept, that's where I figured he was lying.
jeffizy: I'm sorry, but your picture here confirm what your ex's dad said.
If I was in your shoes back then, my only mission in life will be about proving them wrong.
Here you are hanging your shades on your forehead and wearing a knicker underneath a sweat shirt. Those kids may not want you as their dad cos ur profile is still not encouraging.
If na the guy be this, wonder how he would look 14 years ago. Still looking quite irresponsible and single. I wouldn't have allowed my daughter marry him. If you don't agree, you probably don't have a daughter.
NemzySeries: Wao....datz d useless local govt were I'm serving & I pass dat road like every 2weeks....No light 4 yrs,no water, ttransportation is high,d fulani & baruba women walk all ova d place witout bra & top on market days wen feeding deir kids & walking @ dsame time.......d place is just an eye saw...dunno iff d governor kws abt such a place which is abt 7hrs frm d state capital.....cant wait 4 october sha
Guy, we are voting them out this weekend. Do all you can to ensure this change happens in your area.
Buhari the dead on arrival presidential candidate has not been seen in public since he arrived from london. Can a man who went to rest in london be coming back to 9ja to rest again? Buhari has been reported unfit for the Kaduna rally and APShits are still looking for another propaganda around it. Very soon, all these lies will meet at crossroads and they will end up returning to where they started from.
happydays1: We make so much criticism about our goverment, but fail to look at brighter sides where things are working, but were formally moriburn. Last weekend, while relaxing in my flat, I suddenly heard people screaming, "fire! fire! fire". I looked out of my window I saw fire gushing out of a two storey's roof. Trust lagos boys na, they started fetching water to quench the fire, but they complain that the particular flat was electric shocking. I reach out to my phone and dialed 112 emergency number, in secounds a lady picked up the call, i gave her my story, fire! she collected my details; name, address, i gave her. she now asked of the address of the resident on fire, I gave her. Would you believe in about 15 minutes fire fighters arrived with their siren blasting, and assisted in quenching the already spreading fire. I was like wow! in this country?
In Abuja, it takes them 10 minutes to get anywhere. Perhaps cos of the traffic in Lag. People shut their minds to the good things that are happening in Nigeria for envious reasons.
Why have we not had someone caught and made to confess who are the brain behind these?
everybody caught have been killed instantly or later released.
we need clues, information on the source of all these.
this woman should be made to confess.
If you study the way terrorists organize, it is very difficult for an agent to have concrete info. Most times, they are kept in unknown camps and taken directly to perpetrate attacks. Alot of them dont even have any info. If you look at the kano blast, people claimed the saw a white man bring the 2 bombers into the mosque and left them there. This is how they operate. The military intelligence needs serious work that goes beyond arms to tackle these zombies.
