98% of the so called States are "begging bowl" states. Were it not for monthly subventions from the Federation Account, things would be even worse than this. Nigeria stupidly created states without first doing any feasibility study to determine whether the states were financially viable to stand on their own feet and we are now reaping the whirlwind.
