The successor of the TECNO Camon 16 Premier offers both upgrades and downgrades, which is not unusual for TECNO. The Camon 17 Pro has one noteworthy trick up its sleeve and that's the 256GB storage, which is double of the of the Camon 16 Premier's storage . The TECNO Camon 17 Pro spots a slightly better chipset but their ratings aren't that far apart and you most definitely cannot feel the difference in day to day use. The Camon 17 Pro camera is touted as the "clearest selfie camera" and I compared Camon 17 Pro's camera vs Camon 16 Premier's camera to see if there's any truth to it. TECNO also included 108MP mode which I compared with similar interpolation tech on the Oppo A93.

The Spark 5 has gotten the 2020 makeover but it is only an incremental upgrade from the Spark 4. They share a lot of the same specs. It however packs a bigger 5000mAh battery and if you were already saving to buy the Spark 4 or any entry level phone from last year, this is a fresher looking option worth considering.

I'm glad you don't respond to trolls. They're multiplying faster than Mods can keep up with these days
Rhymer2020: just because of ordinary Nokia C1 that I bought with my own money that was collected from my babe by some cult boys. I went to claim James bond and collect it back.
guess what my brothers??

da olosho dat I fought for later started dating one of the guys
Could you see the pixel lines on your Nokia C1, was the screen good or blurry?
The Nokia C1 is the most affordable entry level smartphone from HMD and after a little digging, I discovered it's one of the most affordable phones on the market for people with a super tight budget only.
It's your naira that is getting valueless. The phone costs just 250 dollars which is affordable for most Americans but 90,000 naira is quite expensive for most Nigerians
That aside, phones are jumping in prices. Look at Mi Note 10 for $500. Tell me it's not expensive
My brother, everyone else is trying to make it seem like I'm unreasonable. The price is going up in $ too na Oneplus is entering $1000 next year with the way things are going.
Xiaomi created a powerful midrange phone for gamers. The mediatek Helio G90T CPU is definitely unbeatable at this price point and being able to run games like fortnite is just icing on the cake. The one drawback of using a mediatek chip is its lack of support for GCAM(Google Pixel Camera), which many Xiaomi users have come to know and love. I think there are no regrets for anyone looking to buy this because the Redmi Note 8 Pro is one of the most future proof midrange phones still sure to lead the pack for a good portion of year 2020, in terms of performance. With Android 10 update rumored to be on its way, there's no slowing down this guy.

Some useless fans will start comparing their shitty products with your S10 soon . Wait for it.. I was shocked when an idiot was comparing MI9T with Samsung Galaxy S9
They both use identical; processors, storage space and battery capacity but they differ in terms of camera and design, with the Camon 12 Air spotting TECNO's first Dot-in display. Camon 12 Air also features 3GB of RAM over the 2GB RAM on the Spark 4. In this video, we're going to know a bit of why the Camon 12 Air is N8,000($22) more expensive than the Spark 4.

It's been 6 months since the Infinix S4 launch and Infinix already has its successor. In half a year, some features like the core processor remains unchanged while other features like the design, camera, screen size and storage space have been beefed up. Something else is new this year with the S series and that's the included support for Glo 4G Band 28. I compared the camera to the S4 camera just to help you decide if it's worth upgrading.
Infinix S5 comes in 2 variants; 64GB/4GB Prices at N53,000 and 128GB/6GB priced at N62,500. Both will be available on the 12th and 19th of November respectively.
Nokia 7.2 boasts of Carl Zeiss optics in a beautiful matte glass shell and priced within the N100,000 ($275) range but what else is under the hood and is it worth buying? Testing the latest GCAM 7 and compared it side by side the default camera.
See screenshot from video below and GCAM vs Default cam side by side.
The entry level Spark 4 was announced barely 5 months after it predecessor, the Spark 3 and it has gotten a facelift similar to that of the Camon 12 series with a triple camera set up and taller form factor. If you're looking for an entry level device with support for Glo 4G/LTE band 28A, this might just be the smart phone for you. There are a few pros and cons you'd need to know about the Spark 4 before you buy and I've got you covered in this video.

I see people expecting this to have iPhone 11 features. Where una dey keep your brain?
I got a really positive surprise while playing Modern Combat 5, Pro evolution Soccer (PES 2019), Asphalt 9, PUBG Mobile and Mario Kart Gameplay. No heating issues during this test.
Redmi 7 packs one feature that should have been on the Note 7 and that is the true dual sim tray. One thing Redmi 7 lacks however is a front facing flash but Is the Redmi 7 good for its price and is it worth buying?
Price N46,000 (32GB/3GB)

This means that the Mi A3 screen might not be so bad hmmmm
After 21 months since the Phantom 8's launch, TECNO launched a successor with a 2019 design refresh, a triple camera set up, in-display fingerprint sensor, double the storage space and an AMOLED display, at a much lower price (N75,000 - N80,000) than the Phantom 8.
Do all these features make it worth buying?

A good attempt but I want the pro version with type C cable
Nokia went back to the drawing board and came up with a small design refresh for their 2019 entry level phones, in form of a tiny drop notch.
However, Nokia already has a popular mid-ranger, Nokia X5 which would get regular updates for at least another year and while not having all the supported 4G/LTE bands and warranty, does comes at a lower price that's still a steal as at the point of making this video.
The need for Glo 4G band 28 as well as MTN 4G have now become a key selling point for the Nokia 4.2. That and the warranty/after sales support should be a determining factor for buying up the Nokia 4.2 over the competition.
There's now an app on your Nokia phone called 'My Phone' or 'Support' to see the nearest service center near you.
My thoughts about it, 48 hours after switching from the Xiaomi Pocophone F1. What the pros and cons are. Is it worth it and should you just buy it instead? Also includes a camera comparison + with/without GCAM and how to set up your Chinese version or install Google Play Store and Google services on your new phone.

For the first time, we have a triple camera set up for the low end market, which may become a new standard in 2019 Q3. The Smart 3 Plus has gotten a 2019 face lift complete with a waterdrop notch. It is surely a worthy upgrade from the Smart 2 Pro because it is faster, smoother, bigger and better looking. The Smart series is a lot closer to the S series than it has ever been.
Price N39,900
There's also a Smart 3, Non-Plus variant on the market with 5.5" HD+ display, 18:9 aspect ratio(no notch), dual camera set up, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage 3050mAh battery, Android 9 Pie Go edition. Price N29,000

Smart 3 came to take away Spark 3 customers. Is the Spark Pro now available?
I didnt direct you to Google when you asked yours. It's been said that iPhones have good resale value simply because of the OS, it would have been diffrent if iPhone is an Android phone or iOS is open source. Also, Pixel holds market value more than other Android phones because Google is less interested in moving more units compared to Samsumg, Huawei and others.
OS? All top Android phones don't all have the same good resale value bracket so obviously, OS alone cannot be the reason iPhone has good resale value. You can say ECO system or the fact that there's a cool factor with iPhones(maybe coz nearly every celebrity uses one even without an endorsement). Are you assessing the resale value of Pixel with figures or are you just assuming?
Why i'm asking is coz not a lot of flagships drop below half its launch price in a year and a half.
