You see the accused is not a member and he can not come here or join nairaland until this is settled legally.
It is the normal thing to do. Nairaland is not a Court of Law. And there are many insane and unreasonable guys here. Probably, the person that scammed the guy is a member and could use any information given here to his own favour.

It is possible that the accuser was scammed really but not by the person he went to pick his pictures on Facebook.

Is it not possible for anyone to enter anyone's Facebook account and pick pictures there and use to scam people even with the person's names. But BVN is a fucking truth teller. It will tell whose account the money he gave out entered.

The accuser did not behave like someone who is educated at all. He should not have gone all out to pick someone's pictures because someone that bears his name scamed you. Even if his picture was used also. He should have reported the matter and allow the EFCC do their job.

The EFCC will see to the bottom of the matter. It is not wise for the accused to register on Nairaland because of this. He could do that after everything is sorted out Legally.

I am the blood relative of the accused and I can bet my life on him he can not venture into such. I just spoke and had a WhatsApp discussion with him and we are waiting for the accuser to name where we are meeting and when.

I understand you bro. The fraudster has perfected everything from the onset. He used the guy picture because they are bearing the same name on Facebook. He believes if people see the picture, name that tally with the account name, people will fall sheepishly. This thing no be small matter o.
