This Gig has been removed due to being flagged as spam, misleading users or illegal.

contact customer care and ask to know the specific problem with the gig. they might let you edit it and it goes back on live again. even if you open a new gig and do the same thing it will get banned. so you need to know what is wrong so you can avoid repeating it .

in my opinion I think it is because of the GIG. most people use such services to get emails to send spam and spamming is illegal in he US.

Oboy you don't have sense at all. see the way you are displaying your card number, expiry date and name. you don't know they can use this to hack your account ? Just because of $25 you are exposing yourself to threat like this.

remove that picture for your own sake biko

So sorry for this unfortunate event. It seems he has deleted his BBM too as I cant find him on my list anymore. I only added him to buy funds because he claimed you can vouch for him. He can delete his username but he cant change his name.

Please modify all your posts you narrated the incident and type his full names. The name of the account you sent the money to and the account number. So if anyone searches his name they will see him for what he is.

Funny enough 6 years ago Theseeker tried to scam platnumnk with love scam big case on nairaland back then, later after some months platnumnk scamed inspiredm by embezzling inspired's money he gave her to buy cars in the US which was even a bigger case NK's parents had to hire lawyers threatening nairaland admins... years down the line inspired turn scammer too by holding on to peoples money for months, giving people overpriced substandard cars, bad customer service and giving clients fake custom papers. Funny enough platnumnk and inspired were at one time or the other moderators on this forum!

my point is people change and we have to be careful dealing with anyone here. Just take everyone as potential scammer here even moderators! and be very smart.

I'm not saying you are a scam o. It's just you say make Jainine mention names i don give you some. *runs away*

Welcome back janine. Thank goodness the mods did the right thing and reversed the ban. It was totally a harsh move.

It's really unfortunate how someonw who got cheated on this platform instead of being protected is being flaked for warning others of possible unethical behaviour.

Let them keep looking the other way . That is how they started with inspired.m the famous car dealer looking the other way for minor infringements and protecting his 'integrity' till he graduated to running away with people's money for months and giving fake custom duty papers.

Janine please kindly re-register or serve out your ban and come back. You can still make transactions with people here, a ban will not stop you.

It is within your right to continue to inform people about what transpired. Since the bosses here have decided in their infinite wisdom you should not call it scam, if you want to do that simply direct people to the link and let them make their own decisions on what it is or what it is not. Make e no be for your mouth den hear say Coke dey black.

As for everyone else let us treat each other with respect. Because you are selling or buying dollars to anybody does not make you God. A polite approach will go a long way in promoting shared understanding. you will realize people are a lot more reasonable than you expect if you choose to be polite with them.

The real question you should be asking is are you selling at 360 now? 


10 days ago and little beyond from your posts  you were buying payoneer at 330 naira per dollar  and from that you sold to Janine at 360 u were making 30 naIra profit for each dollar then.


So after 10 days you are now buying payoneer at 350 per dollar... are you telling me you will sell 360? Definitely not. Going by previous insight you are going to sell at about 370 to 380.

 

That has just doubled your profit for the  $810 you bought at 330 therabouts to about 40 to 50 naira for each dollar. This is in addition to the profit you got from trading with Janine's money buying and selling.


And you think you have done her a favor by refunding her money when the only beneficiary is you. 


You suddenly realized you had personal uses for the $$ after you have collected money and enjoyed it for 10 days.  Why not refund her money that same day it was declined since you know the $$ will surely enter your account so that she could have sourced the funds somewhere else?


If buhari had performed magic in 10 days and 1 dollar became equivalent to 1 naira would you still have refunded the initial 290k to Janine?

Making payment is a service and you can refuse to offer your service if condition warrants it. it's different from making a sale, if she sold the dollar on a particular day and collected payment same day, then didn't deliver it on that day, then maybe the scenario you're painting could be valid but she actually delivered it.

dollars is dollars whether aboki or in the bank or virtual dollars. he paid for $810.. that is what he paid for and that is what he should get.

client pays you for $810 which she collects naira for and has already her made profit. Winner Justi4jesu

money is paid to the merchant , it bounces back and it's held in limbo for 10 days. client has no naira , he has no dollar , he has no product...Justi4jesu is with her naira and her profit, probably buys more dollar with the naira to resell...Winner Jisti4jesu, loser cllient

then after 10days dollar is returned to the account , dollar is more expensive now justi refunds initial naira paid then most likely sells it to another person for the new increased rate. double winner Justi4jesu, Mega Loser is Client again

What exactly has the client gained from this? he lost his naira , lost his time, lost his dollar and to add insult to injury he got spoken to carelessly.

I remember sometime ago I contacted her when doing a background check on saintpn.


She claimed not to know her and "doesn't know anyone like that".


Meanwhile evidence abounds they were once on good terms even throwing friendly banter on first name basis based on screen shots of chats I saw.


I since went to transact with saintpn and have had wonderful transactions wit her many times .


Of what use is this forum if we cannot help each other identify genuine sellers? 


Anyone who can be so vindictive as to indirectly cast aspersions on someone's business just because of probably a personal feud is not a good person at all.

So I did a transaction with justi4jesu 10days back.
Transaction was decline.

I had no worries because it wasn't my first time of transacting with her, I kept calm she said others had same issues not just mine.

Days later I contacted her and told her when the fund is refunded she will be making another transaction on my behalf. Which he agreed even told me she will open an aliexpress with llsame card name for easy transaction...

This mornings she came up and told me my $810 just got refunded. I told her that I will still proceed as discussed. Then she said she was no longer interested in doing any payments. I said fine I will get an account to rrcieve the payment into.

She declined said 'she needed the fund for her use' I told her that bit wasn't done anywhere. As long as she didn't refund immediately the transaction was declined then she had no rights to the fund, it was mine and not hers.....

She became so rude and told me to do whatever, she won't be returning the dollar but naira. I first thought to fight for the dollars but some one told me I would be wasting my time as she won't refund the money, that she wants to sell it higher or she already did.

In all, I decided to collect my money and walk away.

But during this time, she exhibited the attitude of a thief and she knew because she had the both fund with her nothing will make her refund my money.

My review;
No one with integrity will do what she did and be very careful dealing with her because she might be trusted but she is very cunning and rude.

This is actually unfair to you. you paid for the $$ and it is yours . if she is giving a refund it should be in dollars. as rates change daily .. that same dollars is not worth same as it was 10 days ago, it's actually worth more.

as far as I'm concerned you just got cheated. because she can refund your naira paod 10 days ago and sell the dollars for more money today. If she needed it for "personal use" why did she sell it to you in the first place?

this is classic eat your cake and have it. It's a form of scam abeg.
