I was recently given a 6 months contract by SFH to work as a finance assistant of a project with a salary of N125,000 per month (subject to 5% withholding tax) and I currently work as an accountant for a private school which salary is N70,000 per month.

Is it advisable that I leave my current work of N70,000 per month and go for the contract offer with SFH or I should just reject the contract offer and continue with my present place of work?

A time came he couldn't meet up , I noticed my friend has lost weight and he had no job at that time , he couldn't open up to me until they started threatening him with soldiers , luckily I had some funds with me so I cleared it up for him

As time goes I needed funds urgently for something , I have a good account history , they had my bvn in fact all my account info that's how the operate
I made a call directly to their company line and we had a long conversation with one of their staff while they were accessing my account, the finally agreed to lend me 250k
Truth be told I was waiting for the worst , and I was to pay back in the weeks and the total money I'm to pay is 285k E sbock u abi , in two weeks o

I paid the money in just 8 days , I had cash in my other account but I intentionally wanted to show them shege

So before u get any load ensure you delete all ur phones contacts and write them on a book , never you save a contact on ur phone that will bring u a disgrace before them go send your crush say you steal company money

You are nothing but a thief. Nobody forced you to patronise them. Show them which shege? You are doing yourself harm in the long run. That bad debt is already in your credit records attached to your BVN. You can NEVER get any loan or facility from any organisation in Nigeria.

You guys taking loans and boasting you will not pay are just doing yourselves in the long run. We now have what we call credit beaureus and all loans you take from any bank and fintech is logged there. If you have a non performing loan it goes on your record permanently.

Because of 5k you now jeopardize your future access to finances? That's stupidity in my opinion.

If this is supplying to two different houses or flats then this is not ideal. Tank A must fill up for tank B to get water.

Reducing daily work does not really come into play, its 5000L combined to get both tanks filled, the pumping machine will work 5000L no matter what system you use.

The best is to have one pumping machine source with a water flow switch over system that can direct the water pump flow to either A or B.

If they like they should run them over with motor again. Careless people .

I have been considering quitting my police job to find something more productive & profitable to do with my life as a result of poor pay & lack of promotion.....

I was enlisted into the NPF since year 2009 at 21yrs, I was single then with big aspiration that someday I will move to the top echelon. While in the job, I struggled to send myself to school and bagged my first degree and through to masters level.

But one thing I have noticed is that there is no upward movement within the NPF unlike the other armed forces and some paramilitary agencies that have internal promotional policies of upgrading their personnel based on academic qualification and merit.

The first and only time this ever happened was five years ago when it was widely reported across all news platforms that the NPF was ready to promote graduates within the force to ASPs, exam was conducted, I passed and was selected to go to Abuja for final interview. It was a rough road for me as it was my first time at the FHQ, Abuja. But after like a week, the process was suspended indefinitely. That was the first time I heard the term MERIT LIST VS NATIONAL INTEREST LIST...the Senators and Reps etcs wanted to replace the list with their candidates and they disagree amongst themselves so the process was cancelled.

I must confess my family is getting larger now and the pay I get can't feed us not to talk of paying school fees. I had to double my hustle with side biz to meet up....

Even the Police academy now turn out graduates ASPs every year who are now superiors after just a few years. So what about us with requisite qualification and experience, don't we deserve to be promoted...?

It is on this note that I want to call it quit and move on...

So I need advice in this regard... Should I call it quit or still hold on a bit...cos I don tire......?

TOTAL = N17.15m minus cost of land. A full plot current goes for between N6m - N8m in the area.

Note that most of the activities (other than foundation to lower lintel) were done during the lockdown and the prices were higher than normal. For example, cement was bought at N2950 per bag. Most of the materials were also bought around Ajah axis where this is located as we couldn't go orile for tiles, or other Lagos building markets, so the prices were a little higher than what we can get them for if there was no lockdown and we could go to specialized markets to get good bargain. We also got a truck of sharp sand for N57k. Things are a little expensive on this side.
