(7) Once done, you snap a passport photograph and take all back to the ministry

(cool Your documents would be taken, with your passport and a collection number would be allocated to you

(9) You would instructed by the staffs to come back by 3pm to pick up your documents

you have nothing to worry about. just renew your passport and have the old one at hand too when you travel. your new passport contains the number of your old passport plus the number of your new passport .

When you get a new passport, your previous passport number is indicated on the new passport as well as the new passport number.

Update...i had to delete the pictures and the link and stop further update. l got visited by armed robbers last night saying they saw my post online. I made a mistake.
