I read Gen. OBJ's response. I take his defence with a pinch of salt. Rather, I subscribe to Kabiyesi Awujale's narration cos OBJ was &is capable of acting the way he did while in power and out of power!!

PDP had similar package in yr 2000-1 managed by Chief Tony Anenieh who just retired from politics recently. No eyebrows were raised even though the colossal amount couldn't be accounted for till today!!
