Look at Gerard. He did his coaching badges and did well. Look at Xavi did his coaching badge and played one of the best footballs in Qatar. I believe footballing experience has a part. However, the likes of Amunike, Oliseh and Finidi also have some coaching to technical experience.

I have always believed in using the National team for development. What I will advise is to send them on internship programs. Example, Amunike can go to work with Guardiola who is his former teammate at City for two to three months. See their latest methods and is good to go.

Do you know how many before xavi did there coaching badges and failed? Please that type of luxury is not available with national team or even junior teams.
