By ur logic there's only 1 kind of fish right? U forgot there are thousands kinds of fish. Crayfish, cat fish, mackerel, tilapia, etc are all fish just like we have cow meat, goat meat, chicken meat, etc. So no... Fish is not meat. When u say cow meat then u can also say tilapia fish.
