Some of us have been sweating to disabuse people's minds of the connection-only negative mentality of people.

It is common sense. NNPC has more than 5k employees. It is not possible that all of them were recruited with connection.

There will be still "long leg" even in this one, but it is not possible that all the finally successful candidates will be by connection. Minimum of 70% will still get there by merit. Why not fight for that slot and forget this pervasive negative yarn about connection.

you may be right but when it's your time to be chosen forget negative marking,when is your time all that is needed is you trying your best and you will see your self flying high,negative marking may exist but it would never judge my entry to nnpc, similar thing occured during I chose different type from the question I was given in jamb, thinking that I would av no result yet I had result even better than those who chose the type given to them

secondly,it was d year I had d lowest jamb score(204) I gained admission into university,when I had 249& 256 i wasnt admitted...

so for me if it's my time, irrespective of any condition or weather I'll be chosen

i had a similar experience too...na the year wey I play pass, I don't even read like that...even the maths sef na random answers I picked..same with OAU post utme too...na so I enter oh...I no even pray about sh1t...the year I prayed and read like mad sef na 148 I scored in the post utme... you get it bro.. when its your time things go fall in place
