The interview went well. The HR Lady asked us to tell our friends to relax that they would be called. That this particular invitation was for Lagos residents staying close by.
Back to the interview, just read your chemical engineering transport phenomena notebooks/texts very well.

It was stated at the end of the GD that non Lagos residents would be scheduled at a time most convenient for them. The interview mail dropped on Friday night. You would not expect someone to travel from Kano within such a short notice. Even candidates within Lagos would still be called because my friend did so well at the GD but is yet to be invited. Keep calm guys.

A supervisor in NNPC is not a managerial role. Management staff starts from deputy manager job. It depends on your job role. Supervisors are equivalent to mid level career staff (not entry level). It will still take you a number of years to climb to management cadre.

One of My problems with Nigerian graduates is that of applying for jobs they are unqualified for and then resorting to prayers and faith. I'm not your enemy bro. Dangote don start again oooo. We Hnd/Bsc2.2 that did well in the GD hasn't been contacted since June 2, 2018. Them don dey invite Hnd again. What about the previous ones that were qualified? Their status still shows awaiting interview. God help us all. Amen.

I called a friend we both did interview at Dangote to check his profile status and he said his own changed from awaiting interview to under review. But as am updating the house now, my status still shows awaiting interview. I think there's Hope for those candidates who hasn't done interview and their status shows awaiting interview. This is just my observation. Thank you.

Bro, forget it. You've been at this thing since last year. The bitter truth is that this recruitment is not for HND. It's not to say that Degree holders are better than the HND guys, but these companies prefer them. Just move on. Some of the people you wrote the test with are in India. Peace! ✌️

You pay for education. The least that the system should do is measure up to what is tainable outside.
It is only in Nigeria you are expected to pay huge sums after school to learn the basics of your course. So shameful you are supporting this charade of a system.
