He shouldn't anything to alter his real age, it may backfire in future. Let him maintain his age and let the school do their job trying to mobilize him for the NYSC batch. If his name comes out fine, he should go and serve, he can also seek advise from the registrar. The date he graduated is major issue and I'm sure the school knows his age as they have his birth certificate.

This is all to be on the safe side. What he must avoid is altering his already known age by swearing an affidavit. It complicates issues in future.

3. All of a sudden, Bukola as Senate President even under PDP is getting more likely because of number 2.
