How do I download it to my memory card root? The update doesn't have download only option. It will finish downloading and during unzipping package, it will give "Unzipping error"

with the use of Xender, you can send it to another phone, and receive it back. then you can move it to your memory card root. the update.zip file is somewhere there in your memory card. open xender and scroll to file types/categories, select archive. you'll see the file in the folder. send it to a phone and receive it again, then move it to memory card root
