FolabiCash:i am sure you did not read through my post. |
Adakintroy:my attribution is not senseless. Its a fact that most people can not take the advise they give when they are faced with same situation for which they advise others. That being said Many Nigerian would stay back if the basic thing needed are available. Take for example, reduced burdens on the doctors by employment of more doctors. Increase their pay. Make it worth the risk associated with the job. Improve on the condition of service. This probably should cut across all sections of not just the health profession but all sector at large. Most importantly, greatly reduce the high rate of institutional corruption . |
Edusouls:what you fail to understand is that they are not just going because of the money. By world standard, the ration of a doctor to patient is suppose to be 1:600. But in Nigeria here, the ratio as stated is 1:3500. Condition of service is far better than what dey get in Nigeria. Condition of service is not just about how much. Its far more that that. In Nigeria here, they lack the necessary equipment to effectively do your job. Abeg the matter plenty. When u are doing a job and not being appreciated, it demoralises someone. So the attitude of the doctors is normal. You can only discipline a worker only when all he needs to function effectively is provided and he still fvcks up |
Adakintroy:its easy to talk or give advise when you are not in the receiving end. |
FolabiCash:so because they pay less for their training as compared to their mates abroad means they should suffer and die abi? Why not do a comparison between our politicians and their mates abroad too. Doctors who are exposed to various kind of diseases, virus and germs on a daily basis are not duly compensated as compared to politicians who just go there and sit. Doctors hazard allowance is 5k per month but hardship allowance of politicians is in the hundreds of thousand if not million per month. So when you compare do that intelligence. |
Johnayoola:now u are more mature in your response. This is how arguments should be. Not throwing of insults. Now to your question. The american soldiers where not the only soldiers in Afghanistan. The plan for withdrawal was not for the Taliban to takeover power. To my understanding, they where supposed to form an inclusive government. If things had gone that way, there wouldn't have been any need for these evacuations i suppose. That is the reason. Why i stated in one of my post about the content of the agreement reached by Trump, the Afghan government and the Taliban. Until we see the agreement, we won't really know |
Vado:thank u jare for being mature in ur response. Over a 100,000 people have been airlifted sir with an average of 19,000 per day as at today. With the training and money spent on the afghan soldiers no one expected them to fall like a pack of card so easily. They were expected to be able to defend themselves at least for a long while. It is evident that they were not ready to fight for their country. The president fleeing also contributed to this as well. We should understand that only a fraction of the people fleeing worked for the Americans. |
Johnayoola:thank you o. The last time i checked there is nothing like tiny brain. Secondly have you seen or read the agreement signed by Mr Trump on the stages of withdrawals process? Thirdly is america the only country that had their troops there? If they were leaving, why did others not remain. Are you telling me that the Afghanistan does not have her own army? After all the money spent by the Americans to train them , the weapons given to them for over 20yrs the time came for them to stand and couldn't hold there ground for a month. As for the evacuation, they have airlifted over a hundred thousand persons from Afghanistan with an average of 19000 people per day . a process that is still on. As for the american citizens you mentioned to be left behind, the latest info coming out states that they are being lifted out to the airport via helicopters . not all troops have been withdrawn. so who ever you may be, as i stated before argue with facts, don't come here using emotions and insulting as ur basis of argument. Once again thanks for your insult. Fortunately insults don't kill |
MufasaLion:you mean to tell me the sharia law they want to install which was one of the main reason for which they were at war with the democratic government is not islamic? Is this not what so called ISIS wants? Keep deceiving your self. |
Crowwejihadist:firstly, who signed the agreement to withdraw US troops from Afghanistan. And what was the supposed date of withdrawal. When you answer me, then we can start talking. It is important you get your facts correct before coming to the public to spew trash or display your ignorance. |
Shokoloko:what will he use to protect his state. Is it the police and army that is controlled by the federal government? If he buys guns and arms the youths will the army and police not treat them as common criminals just like what is happening to ESN? So make we try dey listen to news so as to get abreast of what is happening around us. It will go along way. |
STATEMENT CONCERNING SAMUEL ORTOM, THE GOVERNOR OF BENUE STATE Governor Samuel Ortom has few political principles. We can see this from the fact that he has changed political party five times during his undistinguished career. Every time he feels the wind may be blowing in a certain direction, he follows it. Unfortunately, for the good citizens of Benue State, the most dangerous direction he blows in today is that of sectarianism and ethnicity. In an attempt to boost his sinking political fortunes, Ortom takes the cheapest and lowest route possible by playing on ethnic themes – and in doing so knowingly causes deaths of innocent Nigerians by inciting farmers against herders, and Christians against Muslims. Specifically, Ortom stirs up hatred by targeting one single ethnic group in Nigeria – using language reminiscent of the Rwandan genocide. As was the case in Rwanda where the then Hutu leaders of the country incited their countrymen against each other, claiming there was a “secret Tutsi agenda” over the Hutu, Ortom claims there is a “secret Fulanization agenda” over other ethnic groups in his state and in Nigeria. This is a copy of the language of Hutu Power - which falsely, and intentionally, accused the Rwandan Tutsi of plans to dominate the country. This wicked talk is aimed at giving cover to his so-called “policy” on the Ranches Establishment Law – which in reality is purely an act of denial of the law - intended to withhold rights and freedoms from one ethnic group alone, whilst inciting race hatred against them amongst all others. These are not the actions of a man who should be trusted with running public services or holding public office. For the governor of a major state in Nigeria to be politically driven by ethnic hatred is a stain on our country. The good, and fair-minded people of Benue State deserve more than this, and we look forward to the next elections when they have an opportunity to restore its greatness. Garba Shehu Senior Special Assistant to the President (Media & Publicity) August 25, 2021 Peace is all we want in our nation. Not anything that will invoke more deaths and violence against any citizen of Nigeria. Peace shall reign in our nation. And the enemies of this country will all die painful las las. They can NEVER escape the brutal and Total judgment coming their way. A normal, sane Nigerian that doesn’t support violence and killings have no problem in saying AMEN to the below prayer. But the hypocritical ones will always run away from the prayers, cos they know themselves. Y'all will never end well in life as long as you keep supporting evil and bloodshed being sponsored by the evil and wicked politicians Y'all wanted back in power.
why post the stupid response of garba shehu. A statement in which he could not respond to any of the issues raised by gov. Ortom. I watched the interview Orton granted. At a point he said he has been blocked from seeing the president hence his onair message to the presidency which has kept mute on the killing of his people. He told them that the only way Benue state will fall into the hands of the fulani is if they killed all of them. And they are ready to die in order to protect their ancestral land. So mr. Stop sitting on the fence and call a spade what it is. Until all citizens of our dear country get to the point where they are ready to die in other to achieve this change we all desire for a better Nigeria, it won't come. |
Righteousness2:If Jesus used the element of fear to propagate the gospel, not much people would have accepted him. Jesus preached Love and mercy not fear. If people turn to God because of fear of loosing their lives, then the kingdom will fall once they overcome such fear. Instead show them the love of Christ and the forgiving heart of Christ. And let them turn to God because of the Love they have for him and not fear. |
appishani1:by their fruits you shall know them. I put it straight to you. You may be a church goer but not a christian. His post hear has nothing to do with christianity. His spoke as an individual who saw how our government operate. How fast the FG attacks those who criticize them and the slow pace at which they respond to security issues. What brought about women and rape to this discussion? |
YorubaKinging:really? How did you come about the information. Its one thing to be factual and another thing to smear someones' character.do not lie just to get some few likes |
I use Liteforex. Pls advise for a better broker to use. I am a learner presently using a demo account |
GOTVee:well, na you call your self born again christian sha. If i may ask, is it not the same bible that said suffer not the witch to live? Think on this, then your statement and judge your self if truly you are actually born again as you claim |
BetterJoe:how do you know Dakuku would have done differently or worse. The question is, are the roads and other infrastructures started and completed? If yes then forget these talks. This is same way APC used propaganda in 2014. This is 6 yrs after |
BetterJoe:Same thing you would have said about Buhari if he had not won the election. Now we can see for our selves |
Bonapart:this is the reason why it is good for you to listen to news and not spend all your time on instagram. Are you aware of the rate of vaccination in the UK? Are you aware that by July 19 2021, UK will remove all the Covid 19 restrictions. This is as a result of the percentage of people who are vaccinated as against those who are not. |
Ritzybeauty:this your opinion is a two way street. |
Naija bloggers don start again. Una well done o |
FOLYKAZE:Cement is sold in warri axis of delta state between 4200 and 4500 bros. You can call anyone you know to confirm for you. So please stop this your talks. Yes we know middle men has a part to play in all this but then the problem is not entirely their fault. |
govomotors:i am glad my opinion answered your question. |
God2man2again:Should i then disbelieve what Jesus him self said? If i do what then does that make me
|
Rehdasignature1:Jesus him self said he drank. Matthew 11:19. To have a better understanding, start from verse 18. If he was not seen drinking, why would they call him a drunk. |
God2man2again:why don't you read it to see if it is. Jesus him self said he feast and drank. That was why they called him a drunk. He said this as against John the baptist who neither feasted or drank |
govomotors:These traditions or commands spoke off in the old testament are actually Jewish. By practicing them, shows we give credence to Judaism. It beats me to see that our pastors, choose the ones that profits them keep silent on others. They pick tithe being paid to the church and leave out how the bible says tithes should be used. They pick the part which condem dunkiness, and leave out where Jesus him self spoke of his drinking. They leave out the practice of blood sacrifice and choose money sacrifice. If Jesus has paid the price and given him self for us inorder to deliver us from the curse of the law why then do we still subject our selves to the laws given in the old testatment (Hebrews 7) |
NaijaMutant:if truly we are guilded by the bible, then what you wrote here is just your opinion not what the bible commanded. Hence we can throw your opinion to the bin. From the scriptures stated, one can drink but should be done outside the temple. Also one should not drink while coming or entering the temple. As stated also, you can not pick one and leave the other since that will be hypocritical of you. Why leave out the shaving of hair then decide to feel on the drinking aspect. Also so we are also commanded in Deuteronomy (14:26) to use part of our tithe in buying strong drinks. So if that is the case, you call God who gave the commandment to have made a mistake. Also apart from the fact Jesus turned water into wine, he also drank wine. That was why he was called a drunkard (Matthew 11:18-19). So pls do not use the bible to justify your opinion. Teach the bible as it is. Remember it is a sin to add or subtract to what the bible says |
Confirmedzombie:common sense they say, is never common. Why bring IPOB into delta state matter. Pls try reading first. If not clearly understood, asked questions. Stop displaying your ignorance or should i say cheer stupidity on line. |
SlayerForever:pls seek knowledge and you will find her. Don't display your ignorance for the world to see. Ask questions when you have no idea about a subject |
VeeVeeMyLuv:how old are you. Or are you just apologetic to this administration? You see a man giving concrete solutions and this is all you can say? You must be sick up there. How can a youth like you not worry about the happenings in the country, i am sure your parents will be ashamed to see you type this rubbish. |
Even though I'm a born again Christian, this man is a fake pastor. Do not believe in his fake doctrines of violent prayers cos the Bible admonished we true Christians to love and pray for our enemies. He's going to hell with that Gorimapa in otta
Won't say nothing else
