Again Buhari told the world that his brothers the Bokoharam herdsmen who are killing, raping and destroying farmland and other things are foreigners from Libya, that proclamation gave Fayose the right to ban and criminalize this foreign TERRORISTS and I expect other Governors to take the same step.
