Topmaike007:I don't know why humans are really dumb! Next Level to where? He's the one that's been there in the last four years, do your brains think at all? Next Level from where to where exactly? |

Eponymous:Yeah, I've explained quite well already concerning chremamorphism which you mentioned yesterday. I've checked online concerning it. |
Lovintus2 and Eponymous I think I'm convinced about the second one as PERSONIFICATION too! Since it says it as if the sunlight performed the act of the 'hitting,' that 'hit' word seem to explain it. 'Blinding' describes the intensity of the sunlight but the 'hitting' makes it look like an act performed by the sunlight, more like when I decide to hit you with a book. |
Lovintus2:WOW Lovintus2, you really nailed the last point on target. Just confirmed that now, figures of speech are is really confusing, simile comparison must indeed between two things of different nature! The first line though should be chremamorphism which I'd not heard before this post, an human being said to boot (the word for computer) is given a human the character of an object which is the definition of chremamorphism. Any counter explanation is welcomed |

WOW Okay thanks. I'm anticipating the response of others too! |
Still Waiting |
Hello Literature geeks, please I'm stuck with some figures of speech in here! Really contemplating what figure of speech the following belong to, mostly stuck between two options, help please. All opinions are welcomed till we reach a conclusion! "I just lay there motionless, booting slowly like an old computer." "I was hit by a blinding sunlight streaking through the space between my curtains," "the TV refused to yield, looking black and dead like those television sets in saw in Aba market." Anticipating our responses earnestly! |
ProsperOkec:Hello, can see you've come on NL since my reply to your comment, are you still sending the pdfs? |
ProsperOkec:I don't mind actually, which of the years do the pdfs cover, of course, it'll pdf anyway, we won't go ahead hoarding hard copies about |

We've searched online and found nothing really tangible, please if you have JAMB past questions on any of these three subjects, please kindly signify, we'll be very grateful. Hello, this is urgent, the Facebook account has 4800 friends and the Facebook group has 2000 members. The name of the group is STUDENTS IN NIGERIA, a great niche of university students. Normally, the Facebook group should cost #1500 and the account costing #4000 or #5000. However, I'm giving both out for #4000, due to its urgency... I'm indeed broke now and it's a bold decision to sell both assets. Please if interested comment below, and let the links be sent to you so you can confirm. Also, if you need just one of the two, just comment below too... Thanks in anticipation. |
