I happen to work for a BDC in a certain state. This issue has been happening for weeks where the 'So called CBN branch comptroller' in this state is has been unlawfully collecting a sum of $700-$900 for each BDCs for the past two weeks. However, in this state there are abt 27 BDCS. People pay this money because one can't predict the way he could misuse his power been a person in authority.
Therefore, I would like people to give suggestions on how to tackle the issue taking into consideration that EFFC and other fraud prosecutors are bought.
