We glorify certificates and class of degrees more than competence and character. It is the reason people go to Benin Republic to purchase certificates in 6 months. It is the reason a Chinese with ordinary technical certificate is seen as an expatriate and employed to supervise many PhD holders.

Some of these people who have this class of degree were frustrated by wicked and corrup lecturers and institutions.

If given a chance, some of them are more trainable than many first class graduates.
