DPR cannot ALWAYS demand for original degree cert. No institution does dat. Your original cert is assumed to be ready 3/5years after graduation. If its not ready from your school, then it is not ready. Statement of Result should expire after 5years.
UI gives certificates immediately after convocations. I collected mine before going for NYSC.

The church is so big that anyone can claim to be its member/ deacon.
