Its simply logical if the most senior officers cannot win the boko haram war by December, the newly promoted officers will take over.

PoliticsRe: Top Ten Books Every Nigerian Revolutionary Must Read(photos)! by teeboila(m): 12:57pm On Dec 01, 2015
Nigerian politicians CAN'T and WON'T read this books, they are meant for technocrats and the mentally capable elite in the society and not for this punch and fist throwing politicians.

I know one day a leader will rise from this elite and take Nigeria out of the struggle we find ourselves in.

Audu never won any election hun? Something must be wrong with ur head! So which one did the foolish yahaya bello win? That guy is going to have a very hard time being governor! If only he had been a loyal party man.... .. Watch and see what will happen, u know nothing!
Audu won the primary election but he's dead(note: he never won the main gubernatorial election. you may say he has won but INEC and the law say he never won the election), Bello came second in the primary election and as such the replacement for Audu.

How can you say APC should jump give their vote to anybody because he's a deputy . The vote belongs to the party(APC) and Yahaya Bello is next in line after Audu according to APC, had Audu been sworn in Faleke will be next in line and superior candidate to Bello.

if you are a lawyer or a law student, then something very grave is wrong with the standard of our legal education.
see SAN talking about the rot in our legal education.

If you understand the law and how it works then you will know that 1+1 do not always equal to 2, 1+1 could be equal to 11(eleven) provided you can prove it in the eye of the law.

If you want to interprete the law you must do away with your partisan coat and do justice with the matter at hand. Law is always a headache and confusion to the layman.

IamPatriotic:
What you mean is even if APC had not fielded any candidate in the November 21 Kogi election, INEC would still have allowed them to be part of the process, since according to you the people voted the party and not Audu/Faleke who criss crossed the entire state to campaign on the party's platform? teach us on.
Omehia criss cross River state in 2003 campaigning but Amaechi who never had a single campaign poster led River state for 4 years with vote garnered and campaigned for by Omehia.

Technical issue: Whoever is campaigning is doing so to gather vote for his/her party and not him/herself. (Amaechi issue is a perfect example)

Did you know that : If a political office holder elected on the platform of a party decide to leave the party(when there is no division or breakup within the party) he/she is going to forfeit the seat he/she is occupying because such candidate was not voted for but the party will maintain their mandate by having a candidate replacement or have a new election.

But you Yorubas kept blaming Igbos that they're foolish by putting all their eggs in one basket. by supporting only Jonathan.

I see in you two edged sword.
1) Jonathan is not an Igbo
2)It's visible to the blind and loud enough for the deaf to know that Jonathan cannot win(unless he rigs the election) because he's allow corruption to grow and don't have support of other tribe(yoruba&fulani) relying only on Igbo votes. reason why the Igbo still believe their vote alone can bring him to power still beyond me.
3) you don't push your luck too far or impose on people (in 1999 even though the yorubas want Falae they did not force or threaten each other as it happened in rivers)
4)You(igbo) all choose the wrong basket(Jonathan) to put your eggs in, even though you all know this rather than you repairing(tell him to deliver on dividend of democracy and shun corruption) the basket or produce another one you all stick with it hoping other tribes will follow you to waste their eggs into that damaged basket.

To me the Igbo are not foolish but they decide to go greedy when they should have been giving by aligning their interest with their southwest neighbour to fight the hausa/fulani dominance and self imposing status.

To enlightened people, what happens if faleke withdraws from the electoral race.
Will the votes audu and faleke picked up be given to another candidate
Audu and Faleke have no vote, people voted for APC. when you vote did you see Audu or Faleke on the ballot papers?

If the election was won and Audu and Faleke were sworn in then only will Faleke have a chance to complete his principal (Audu) tenure.

To think of it in the primary election Audu handpick Faleke as such Faleke have no vote.

Summary: Faleke is a deputy to a dead aspirant or contestant(not governor)

Faleke will be governor if APC wins. Make no mistake. Unless he decides not to pursue the case to the supreme court.
Which court?

Faleke never won any election as a matter of fact Audu never won any election because the election was declared inconclusive by INEC (never mind those who say only 25,000 people have PVC out of 49,000 voters, under Nigeria electoral law PVC has no place only registered voters are recognised as a result Wada still has a chance in the eye of the law.)
can 41,000(leading margin) be greater than 49,000(registered voters)?

Faleke claim that he's governor elect is an illegality that cannot stand the test of time in a competent court of law, and APC are aware and wary of this that is why Faleke was not chosen because should PDP appeal before the tribunal about this they'll surely win and send APC tumbling.

In the era of PDP(where there's no internal democracy) we know the 'oga at the top' will just handpick anyone without following due process and allow impunity to foster and when they get unseated by the tribunal or appeal court they'll start shouting witch hunting and scapegoating.

Did Yorubas support Obasanjo in 1999?
The yorubas don't have to support Obasanjo because they know they have a sure shot at presidency by choosing between Obasanjo and Falae. 1993 election is an example the yoruba can come together to choose a consensus candidate by voting overwhelming for M. K. O, a situation i'm sure should the Igbo find themselves will make sure they scuttle by fighting tooth and nail over till it(presidency) falls in the hand of non Igbo.
