It will take a lot for a 23year old to settle at that age sha. Cos she's still young and believes she can marry someone else. Infact most of her mates are prolly unmarried and having fun while she's sad and feels stuck.

What she doesn't know is that, you are actually still young too at 26 and you can still achieve a lot. If only she can be patient but it ll be very tough especially with a baby.

OP, no room for pride just go and find sth doing and be sending them something from time to time with your mind on something even better.

A good driver with a valid driver's license is needed to sit with a learner driver who has already attended driving school and already knows the basics.

The driver would sit with the learner as she drives to work and back for a duration of 2weeks. Monday - Friday. And on Saturday and Sunday, they would drive to farther distance.

Well the truth is, this may not work as planned.

Because trust me, the man would not even be the one to disturb you or take up your space. It would be the kids.

Have you had to live with children before. Not on holiday or any such thing o. Like live with them, look after them and all.

That solitude you want and staying on your own may be difficult with kids sha. At least your man can understand and stay away. But kids, never.


See I have a help, still I hardly have time for myself. I am happy to be at work most times cos it means I can be alone and be freeee. Once am back home....I know I can't have my space anymore.

That's not to say I don't miss them when they are away o.

So I think you should pray for someone that just understands you as a person and can give you space when you need it.

Simplest way to lose weight.

Intermittent fast, exercise and calories deficit.

This is how I have been managing my weight!!!

I would explain.

When your body is deprived of food for about 12hours or so, your glycogen stores get depleted and your body starts to burn fat for fuel. For instance. Take your last meal for the day at 6pm and wait till 3pm the next day to eat again. Of course your eating window should be between 3pm to 6pm. But try to exercise around 6 - 7am that morning. Since your body is already in fat burning mode...you ll burn a lot while exercising. I usually do jump rope exercise. 1000 everymorning because it's a fasted exercise.

Also when you break your fast avoid too much carbohydrates. Get used to taking vegetables.

It's very difficult at the beginning but after 3days you ll be fine.


The essence of the fast is to put your system in fat burning mode after your energy stores have been depleted.


Exercise would not make you lose weight unless you watch your diet. Why is that? Because you cannot exercise the whole day. Impossible. If you eat a plate of pounded yam and egusi soup, you can't burn that off in one hour exercise. And how much time do you even have to exercise?

I guess you got this out of context, I didn't say fine/curvy women don't make good wives ooo... mine is a definition of beauty and endowments yet she made the best companion for me. I dated quite a number of hot girls in the past that still failed me.
I was physical attracted to my wife, however I didn't let it lead me on, rather I relegated that to the background and searched deeper just so that I know what I was looking for which was rather primary (personality) and not secondary. That's why I laid emphasis on the primary. However same goes both ways for us men. Loaded men don't always make the right kind of husbands like most women always think and emphasize on, it comes with its own baggage. This also doesn't mean a guy that is well-to-do won't make a good husband. She stuck to me even when I was empty, all I had was just an ambition and a degree certificate, she was just ready to toil it out with me, I no use jazz hold am, na mouth, effort, steadfastness, prayer and faith. Now the story is completely different, each time I tell people how we started this , most people don't believe it. So in essence, define your reasons for marriage before jumping into it, if you let secondary measures direct your judgement, then you may be in for more surprises after marriage.

I have never regretted marrying my own wife, I don't know about others. The best blessings one should ask God for is not even money but the right partner. So, God just blessed me with the right partner maybe because I have always prayed about it since my uni days. Unfortunately all the girls I dated didn't meet up to my choice profile, it's either one issue or the other. And to think that the way I met her was even funny. But I just knew that instant that she was the one. I didn't have a dime or work but I kept at it and she believed in me. I have been married for 7 years but have been with my wife for 10years. I made my first mil*** because she created the right atmosphere for me to be creative and seek my inner virtues. First, she is my paddy, my friend, we just get understanding about everything, even when we shake tables. I am very flexible just as she is too, we always jist about virtually everything and dialogue when we encountered problems. Now ironically, I never went to any marriage class or read books on marriage to enjoy a successful one, rather I worked at it, stayed committed and devoted. Rather than looking for big breasts and big hips, search out good qualities in ladies you want to date first, it makes the journey a lot easier and pray about it. No go meet any pastor or man of God for nada, to help you select ooo...they have their own problems too. I was just lucky to be blessed with the right partner, the physical endowments was just icing to the cake.

Am a fine girl please. I have two kids! I have a help but I do all the cooking, I clean sometimes too cos my husband is a neat freak so everywhere must be neat at all times.

First and foremost I don't support cheating and deception I can never support deception or paternity fraud but I wonder why some men are outraged over paternity fraud.

We live in a society or some of us grew up in a society that gave excuse or justified infidelity amongst men under the guise of "men are polygamous in nature"they forget that men can be used to refer to women too and that polygamous is a gender neutral word for men it is polygyny for women it is polyandry.

When you justify infidelity or adultery you reap paternity fraud because these married men sleep with married women who are wives of other men who are at the receiving end when it comes to paternity fraud.

You men cannot always eat your cake and have it you feel bad when cheated on and call women who commit adultery all sorts of names but hail men when they cheat on women what happened to what is good for the goose is good for the gander.Some people seem to forget that the cheating men don't sleep with themselves they sleep with people's wives and girlfriends too so maybe that shows that women are polygamous in nature and two can play a game.

You cannot be preaching morality and chastity on women while failing to hold yourselves to account as well it doesn't work that way because it is a small world afterall if boys are not taught morality, decency and chastity we will continue to hear tales of paternity fraud and infidelity.

As we try to shame and tell young girls not to follow married men let's not forget to tell young boys and married men to leave married women alone it is the same polygamous men that are sleeping with these women and another man is at the receiving end of this disaster men don't sleep with themselves they sleep with women
