I use phones ranging from 25 to 30k (am not bragging) but a friend of mine wants an android he can get at the rate of 18k,am not familiar with phones within that price range and secondly seeing how expensive things are I don't know any phone I can suggest for him,so please nairalanders come to my aid because I can't return to him empty handed
