I bought 5000 units of Cornerstone Ins IPO in 2005 through one of issuing houses since then i av not gotten either certificate or dividend. I went to Cornerstone Registrar at Abibu oki to verify, my name was not found there. I later wrote letter to this issuing house attaching my purchase form and receipt with signature of the coy's seal (photocopy) no response was received. Last week i sent another letter to them but im still expecting their action. If they still keep silence on this 'WHAT SHOULD I DO'. tHX for your advice in advance

Thx Doc Balogun, i'm new in this thread kindly respond quickly to my request. I used to be a mild asthmatic but since last year July when i lost my dearly brother i have been having regular attack. That last year i thought it's due to depression i suffered due to my brother's death, but it getting worst now than before. I use LUTH as my clinic and always given prescription of Ventolin tablet, inhaler and predisonole but these don't give me relief as expected. Please what can i do now because the attack is constant and render me useless when it occurs. Nobody to render assistance when this attack comes, i stay alone.

Also each time i use the ventolin inhaler i feel pain at my left chest and this ailment makes me look lean. Thank you

Thx Doctor for ur helps, God's wisdom w'd never cease flowing in ur life. I am woman going to be 40yrs very soon and still single. My menses has been irregular for the past 2years. When i noticed in yr 2006 and went to see a doctor who told me that my sex active was low, which was true becos for six years even more than, i had no sex. Out of that frustration, i looked away from my decision of not having sex with a man that is not mine. After that it started flowing again, until towards end of last year 2007 precisely sept, it started again. Please I'M DEEPLY WORRY because some people are saying if you dont have sex regularly, it makes one to reach early menopause. Please what can i take to regularise this or any other advise. Hi Doctors in the house. My menses has stopped flowing since October 2007.  I thought it was due to Multivitamin (Supradyn) but it persists after stop taking it. PLEASE HELP ME.
I am not ready to go to hospital because i dont want to end the year with any negative report.   Not that I'm pregnant o, NO SEX for very long time. Thanks for your response
