The technician is now telling me that the brain box can't be repaired, that it flashed while the mechanic tried to start the ignition with water inside. Please, is there any hope at all on repairs cos the price that they are calling for a new one is not funny at all.
@Zim, are you a technician? If Γ̲̣̣̥ε̲̣̣̣̥§, drop your number, I will give U̶̲̥̅̊ a call.

No be ECU be brain box again? When my mechanic removed it and turned it upside down, water came out of it. @Zim, I will also appreciate it if you can give specific sensor names because the error code that came out during the scanning is for ECU according to my mechanic.

Hello guys
Please I need your help. A car wash operator poured water into my 2008 corolla ecu while washing the engine and my car has refused to start. My mechanic took the ECU to repair people and they said that the IC is broken, that it has to be replaced. My dad told me that ECU becomes problematic when opened for any reason at all.
I want to know the possibility of my ECU repairs being perfect or should I go for a new one and like how much will the new one cost?
Thanks

Hello Everyone,
I am writing to withdraw my earlier comment about CA being fraudulent because I have finally received my wristwatches though not on time, which renders my earlier post invalid. I will also like the company to still do something about their communication system on updates, so that another person won't assume that you guys made away with his/her money like I did. Customer relations is everything.
Thanks CA for delivering finally.

Mr Iroh, for your own good and that of your business; get your customer relations team and system in order. Your firm is not the only firm offering personal shopper services, I tried your firm because am looking for cheaper charges. Your automated mailing system is no excuse, people get emails to inform them about delays with delivery of their order because of some "external" hitch. Going back and forth on this and trying to play helpless victim won't get me to modify my earlier post. Deliver my goods first and then ask nicely. My opinion, my post.
ComputersRe: Is Catlantic (circuit Atlantic) Really Genuine? by Teextoo(m): 12:15am On Oct 04, 2013
It's quite unfortunate that you are trying to place the blame of an issue that could have been easily avoided, if not for the incompetence of your customer relations team on me.
From the day one that I placed my order, there has been serious rift in communication with you guys. Imagine placing order on a business without getting an email notification for days. I have to reach out to your people before they found out that there has been issue with the payment portal.
When a customer places an order through your online portal, he needs constant update about the progress of his/her order but with you guys, I have to send an email before the status of my order will be corresponded back to me. Wђɑ̤̥̈̊† do you want me to think about your firm when you are not communicating effectively?
I am not modifying my earlier post till I receive my order and I will be only modifying the part about your firm being fraudulent but the incompetence part stays.
ComputersRe: Is Catlantic (circuit Atlantic) Really Genuine? by Teextoo(m): 11:00pm On Oct 02, 2013
These guys are either highly incompetent or just plain fraudulent. I ordered two wrist watches through them on amazon and chose air freight for fast delivery on 2nd sept. Since then till now being a month, my goods that am supposed to receive in nothing more than two weeks is yet to be delivered as of this moment. After paying all their exorbitant charges, I haven't received my goods and their correspondence is so messed up. I am going to the authorities both here and over there in states to report their fraudulent practice but first, am going to spam negatively about them anywhere online that their name and that of their owner Anaele Iroh comes up. Their actions are detrimental to Nigerian businesses, as if Nigeria's reputation has not been bastardized enough. My 2 cents

I just hope they settle the issue amicably cos I want peace in my state in order to exploit the business opportunities available and if it comes to gun play and war; Aguleri and Umuleri communities are cold, tested and trusted. Funny how crude oil always get discovered in warlike communities.

BusinessRe: Clarification: Ghana Is Not Closing Legal Nigerian Businesses by Teextoo(m): 10:22am On Jul 07, 2012
The General: You don't have to be literate to know that Nigeria is the second most corrupt country In the world. If u care to it is because we have a lot of vacancies in our schools that's why we can accomodate more than 100,000 students from ur country every year. A poor country as discribed above can't do that.
The university I completed(University for Dev't Studies), there are a lot of nigerians there some of whom are my friends.
One thing I observed is that ghanaians have problems with mostly Igbos(Arm robbers). We have a lot of Housas and Yorubas in Ghana, we lived peacefully with them. I never hated nigerians! One thing I know for sure is that, I will never go to nigeria - for anything!
Yes. Because ibos don't run charity for ur lazy brokeazz and they don't owe u shit

I employ one lady to managin it. I can call her wit my etisalat phone; give her query with my mtn; fire her with my glo; and hire another manger with my airtel. Nice construction, but the truth is that anyone that have done things with these guys will know that they consider writing love letter as a waste of time, they rather say those words to the lady in person for effect. And talking about swag, they know the game.
BusinessRe: Walmart Nigeria: Good Or Bad Idea? (Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala) by Teextoo(m): 4:49pm On May 25, 2012
faithin9ja: Most the posters here have not been to Nigeria recently.

'Shoprite' the south african retailer with a few outlets in Nigeria sells at least 60% Nigerian sourced products, NBL, Nido, St Louis Sugar, indomie, palm wine are all available in Shoprite, Lekki at lower than Oshodi prices.

My business actually is supplier to both Shoprite and Game in Lekki.

Walmart will be led by what the market demands, it will have to source local produced products to sell because that's what the market demands and can afford.the agenda is to make a profit not ideological 'we must sell american or chinese'

Walmart employs over 2.1million employees worldwide, is the biggest private sector employer of labor in the US, we complain that we don't have employers in Nigeria, FDI (especially not the Chinese variety that bring their own laborers) is one way of getting more people into the organised labor force in Nigeria.

A country of 160 million people not one private sector company has up to 35,000 employess
Sir, I will really like to get your email address in order to discuss a biz preposition with you. My email is maudik283@yahoo.com. Please, i think u will be of great help on this.

PoliticsRe: Mass Defection From PDP Looms In South-East Over Zoning by Teextoo(m): 10:31am On May 17, 2011
I have been following various political threads in this forum, most of which always turns to disgusting tribal bashing. And as far as am concerned most of these internet gangsters/gladiators cannot burst a grape in a fruit fight, they rather hide behind their inconspicuous screen and say stuff that any real Nigerian knows to be garbage. As far as am concerned most of these sentiments does represent the actual view except that of cowards that knows they can't change or influence things about their environment. I look forward to a time when young people in this country can actually use their limited time on something productive and even when they want to engage in a debate, they do it with an open mind with actual good intention of being productive.

That said, I can only say that the stands been presented on nairaland about political issues most times do not represent the stand or the opinion of the man on the street or anywhere trying to feed himself and his family. just as this issue on ground do not have anything to do with an average Igbo hustling to make ends meet or for his benefit. We Igbos have some very pressing needs to negotiate for, not some bloody senatorial or house of rep positions that is all about self aggrandizement. I know we are comfortable because we do well wherever we are but we can do better by taking a look back home and getting rid of all these career politicians (irrespective of their parties) that claim to represent us while representing themselves.

EducationRe: ASUU On Strike: Student Are Idle While Sam Egu Celebrating by Teextoo(m): 8:03am On Jul 13, 2009
@ declique, u are naturally irresponsible by saying that "shouldn't he celebrate his birthday". For Godsake, this man is in charge of a sector which it's major branch is in shambles(strike). Does he have to rub it on our face(nigerians) by throwing a lavish party and still broadcasted on a national television. This amounts to gross misconduct and misrepresentation, and for that am calling for his head(resignation). For other officials that attended, i can only say that it's unfortunate for our country and it's future with these men and women as our leaders and decision makers. I rest.
