I don't really like some of Buhari's policies especially his handling of security and economy, but as faulty as its, things are gradually falling in place.

The contract for these centres was awarded to be established in all the geopolital zones. The same structure is constructed in UNEC. The contract is co-financed by CBN & World Bank.
