Hello nairalanders and good people, please pardon my manners. I am doing this for someone to help us move this thread to front page to avoid other investors losing their money and it is possible we have some that had been scammed in the past here. Kindly read and check this thread. Let us bring this man to book for scamming people.

Telegram investments are usually scam. You will see over N5,000 members in a group and yet all the people thanking the admin for alert received all write the same way. And then what investment turns out 50-100% profit in 24 hours. Nigerians are greedy. I can see a lady used 10k to do testing. Lol! If 50 people use 10k to do testing, the guy don hammer be that o! Testing for something that is clearly a scam. Not over 50% per month sef but over 50% in 24hours. And people will still do testing. All these scammers dey hammer o.

Mr. Emmanuel, please what can you say about Carbon that gives 15.5% per annum for fixed savings. They are owned by the Dozie brothers. Have you heard anything about them. Or what are your thoughts sir.

Thanks for all the nice words, never knew this much, before I draw conclusions on issues I always ask "the intent" when that is solved then you will decide your fate. Am not here to proof that ray and Barry are same. I explained why I changed. Am sticking to TBills but thought I can risk 5m, I have e always been too careful, watching people cash out for over 2 years, thank God it's just 5m I put and did so in 3 different platform. Am expecting 30m by 24th of this month was contemplating risking it too hence my coming here to disturb your peace knowing that I will be discouraged. Even the bond I asked to kick start, rates are going south. I understand they are also running training, I intend using my first roi to register and trade on my own in future. But for now, let the 5m walk. I Don taya for conservation lifestyle.

N/B: am not promoting anything, got nothing to gain, only came for restrictions before I dump my 30m further. I took a bad risk, wouldn't blink if it fails.
I understand how it feels seeing people cash out of risky investment that investment gurus always warn people to avoid. You have risked the N5m, that's still ok. But leave the N30m in a safer place. I liked your stance on treasury bill despite the naysayers who were trying to get you to move. No fall my hand abeg. If you lose that N30m, e go pain me. grin Your case go come be like mary amaka wey misbehave one time come get HIV.

Just saw a video from Pastor Chris Oyakhilome talking about Ponzi scheme. For him to deviate to that topic there is fire on the mountain. Perhaps a certain influential member has gone for confession. Or he has received info from insiders in Govt. He is now trying to dissociate himself publicly in preparation for when the bubble burst finally. Hope he has not given this church member award sha o! lipsrsealed Those who have ears let them hear.

I'm reluctant to do so right now 'cause my initial look at them raises serious questions about how sustainable their promised ROI and their business are. However, I might change my mind once I'm done reviewing the RentCrowdy that I am currently looking at. Let's just see how it will go.
@enigmatique
Well done. Keep it up. I was sceptical as well when i saw they were based in Port Harcourt. Yes, i know. It is silly to judge a business based on location. But i can't help it. Also their IG page is scanty. Started June 17, 2020. What were they doing all that time. I was just hoping with the way you do your indepth reviews you would change my mind. But it seems you also have your reservations. undecided

Notes on PayvestCarbon

- About the company/product
-- It’s a feature of Carbon a.k.a Paylater. It’s NOT the Payvest owned by Cosmotran.
-- Carbon is not an unknown entity, and that gives PayvestCarbon some credibility.
-- to say:

- There's a 10% withholding tax on all accrued interest on PayvestCarbon. Source: https://customersuccess.getcarbon.co/portal/en/kb/articles/investment

Fini.
Well done. Very in depth analysis. In truth, the ROI is low when compared with Agritech. I see them as something you can use for your untouchable savings rather than for investment.
InvestmentRe: Real Reasons Why Pennywise Wealth Management System Crashed Suddenly by Telsidelake: 7:50pm On Aug 26, 2020
This your story is for the birds. First you said they trade crypto. Why then are they trading under pseudo identities? The payment from investors ,was it to binance directly or pennywise bank account? They are a ponzi scheme plain and simple. All you are doing is crying over spilled milk. Imagine!!! Investors should talk to to binance and Ukrainian police?! Na so e easy?. Just listen to yourself. shocked

I just downloaded the payvest app and I have a lot of concerns and reservations.

Their ROI on investment is too HIGH. There is an ongoing investment of 100% ROI in 12 months. There is also a savings plan of 6% interest per MONTH.

This doesnt sit well with me at all
Your concern is my joy. Wish i knew there was a payvestcomorant offering such rates before going for payvestCarbon. Better to lock my savings for a year at those rates than at 15.5% per annum. The investments you are referring to is high risk. There is a possibility of losing capital. It is stated in their terms. But the savings plan i think is sure. Unless of course the company collapses which is unlikely. Payvest is not really a new company. I have noticed that these lending platforms generally offer high rates for investment. Maybe because they also offer high rates for loans. I don't know. I am just glad i am becoming aware of new investment opportunities. When one door closes, another one opens.

99% lending firms and 1% real estate? I don't see anything too enticing in all of it.

Not to put the cart before the horse, the journey is just kicking off - the beginning of something most times does not look attractive, but subsequently rough edges will start smoothing out.

We can only hope for the best.
What's not attractive about it? Some of them offer 3 - 5% monthly. It's a good alternative for those looking for a break from Agritechs where after 9months of money being tied down, you start hearing stories.

Who invests with Lendha? Their site is asking me so many questions i feel should be for those taking loan.
InvestmentRe: Crowdfunding Investment Platforms And Options (non Agritech Categories) by Telsidelake: 3:47pm On Aug 26, 2020
Well done @enigmatique for starting this post.

Let's keep the thread going. Agritech has spoiled me. I now see 15.5% per annum schemes as savings with fringe benefits. With the death of treasury bills, we need more options. I also found out about Lendha, Carbon etc on the Agric thread. I am currently using payvestcarbon as a savings platform for money i don't want to touch for a year (15.5%) per annum. For investment i prefer to lean towards schemes that offer attractive returns per month. Even some Agritechs offer that option.

@mummymadeit

I think i will also try map.ng CRM investment. Did you apply on their website? How did you choose the CRM you want to sponsor?
