CardinalStone and Quantum Zenith. I made some crazy gains sometimes. It all depends on the daily rate; however, the rate is unstable, unlike MMF. If you are patient, you will make a lot more from it.

Cardinalstone is for Equity and I saw you mention another fund.. What is it?

I got this exact paper last year when I was working on my building in mowe ..I just ignore it. The security guard told them that the site owner is a soldier and since then, Dem no show again....mine was 250k or so..
Don't take them serious.Continue with what you're doing and if you think they'll be a menace, keep 20k for one side give them.. DON'T PANIC

That'd be your best bet, I thought of reaching out to Norrenberger too when the issues started but then I had just started using their platform less than 2weeks sef and all of a sudden no access on app and web. It was too early for that kind of stress

You need strong wifi; sometimes my 5G does not allow me to log in to my Investar app. Try and clear the cache in the app, restart your phone, or find good WiFi and connect.

This issue with my myinvestar app is giving me concern.

3 days now no access immediately after I on-boarded and the customer care called me that day self..

It's preferable to diversify and try out a new mutual fund as opposed to shifting money around, which could impede capital growth. Last week, I invested 10,000 naira in the CardinalStone Alpha income fund, and I received a dividend of more than 700+ naira from the capital gains of the fund on the 1st of Jan, which is different from my daily earnings. Soon, I'll top it off and see how it goes. One fund would undoubtedly increase if another were declining.

It's not necessary based on the underlying asset. There is a reason MMF is qualified as a low-risk investment. Don't try to ascribe any risk beyond its status to it. Having insurance on MMF is like having insurance on Tbills. We should not use a sledgehammer to kill mosquitoes.

Your money in MMF is not cash, and the full weight of the Federal government backs the major underlying asset. Even if your suggestion is applied, it will only reduce the return further without added value.

When i see Stanbic slacking I just shake my head. Imagine them delaying a transaction for days cuz the person forget to put narration. Even after you send them evidence of payment showing transactions details in a follow-up mail immediately after payment.

It is like they have new generation of status quo workers, that don’t want to go even an extra mile, for any reason.

This is from experience, I use both Stanbic & FBNQ. I maintain a specific ratio between them. I didn’t know that for some reasons during that period, the bank i was using wasn’t sending customer narration.

24 hours later, FBNQ credited. After 3 days I was still speaking english with Stanbic. They were even the ones day that informed of the no narration problem. It was just very unnecessary, given the fact that i always message the customer service of both companies; immediately after payment, with screenshots, my Investment ID and evidence of payment. Imagine my disdain, reading from Stanbic customer service executive that the delay was because the initial transfer from an account also bearing my name oo had no narration like i also sent you a follow-up mail with evidence of payment why tf are telling me this

I would never have imagined a few years back, that FBNQ would over take Stanbic in terms of operational efficiency. FBNQ wey before they open my Money Market account, I know wetin my eye see lol. The mail trail long.

With Stanbic’s abysmal rates nowadays, my funds movement is sure. I just never get their time.
