I would like to share what really improved mine.

I did a combo of regular Exercise (30 minutes run daily) and made juice out of 'Hausa Grandnut.' I also started eating at least one boiled egg per day. I did this for one month and the result was astonishing. Morphology, motility increased.

Count had a slight increase but from your submission, your recent count has improved a lot. You just need to make your players run well and faster.

I did Zinc too but parameters were the same. Changing diets and daily routine really did it for me.

Take this scenario that unfolded this year in the estate I live in.

Husband is the breadwinner. Husband loses his source of income while wife only has a petty shop just outside the estate. Wife is supportive of husband in his downtime. Takes charge of the home using her petty business, uses her finance to make him able to attend interviews, and uses her contacts to find him job opportunities, and ultimately lands him a job. Home was kept running smoothly without husband having to borrow from friends or family.

The truth was wife's business was not flourishing either during this downtime. Turns out wife, without the knowledge of the husband or anyone else, has been pimping out her 12 year old daughter to the Hausa men who do security for many of the houses in the estate. It was only exposed when she tried stopping after the husband was back on his feet.

In less than 3 sentences, do you consider her a good/bad wife/mother?

My friend came from money, but didn't have any when he relocated. After my sperm analysis results..
I started taking zinc and vitamin c 1000mg..
I took both once daily.
Even the vitamin c and zinc still remains.

I took Fruits...banana, watermelon and cucumber.. I took alot of them.. my wife usually mixed all for me..infact, I made it my night food..
I equally consume 1 boiled egg every day, I made it compulsory because doctor said I need to improve my protein level..

Finally, I read here where someone advised you take 1 glass of boiled guava leave morning and night as it help boast sperm motility and have no effect on the medication you're taking.
Same time, I was also taking infections medication as prescribed by doctors...

Although, when my results came out, doctor said my case is very minimal as everything is almost normal

My wife on the other hand was taking folic acid before we visited the hospital.
After every test, the only thing discovered is that her womb is okay, but is blocked. An injection was given to her which my wife said, she felt it like something tear up in her stomach immediately she recieved the injection...

Finally, doctor prescribed antibiotics for infection for her and one medication which I can't remember the name now but we bought in a pharmacy @20,500.

I will be brief..
1 and my woman started going officially to hospital this June, we did every thing necessary and she did has too..though I won't explain all here..
Then July I did sperm analysis test which doctor said I will repeat first week of October...
According to the test results..my sperm count is normal, just low motility..which I haven't even buy the drugs doctors prescribed yet..just taking only zinc, and vitamins..enough vegetables and fruits..morning, afternoon and night...
My wife too did has and she took medication too...
Some things I read here were helpful too.

Here is the problem, our sheltered visit with doctor early this August was on 4th, we sent dia and doctor request my wife to reduce after scan to know if her tube is properly opened cos the initial one hsg and scan we did proved her tube was blocked.

We paid and she went in for the scan, the results got the radiologist confused and he requested us to do pregnancy test, but we should first see the doctor again.
We went in saw the doctor and he requested we did pregnancy test, the test was conducted nd behold my woman is pregnant... I was very happy, same as she..
Now, that very day was the same day I bought the drugs prescribed by doctor that will help my sperm nd motility... I bought it before going dia.
I came back nd I'm still taking the drug's.

My question here is
Is it advisable i stop taking it?
Should I still go for another sperm analysis test after the October??

I'm asking because effort to reach the doctor proved abortive as he don't give out his contact to patients and he's currently not in town.

Some day, I promise to give back to this thread. I guess the time is here. Waited for 9 years before holding my bundle of joy. Did everything humanly possible. Today, I have 3 kids. To the glory of God.

And for some I can't remember. The journey isn't for the soft hearted. Early Diagnosis is the key and being spiritually strong.

First baby was after the second Ivf
Second baby was after eating okra soup and okra leaf (for ovulation), vitamin e and folic acid
Third baby was after taking cloves and booni(less than 300 naira).

All in all, I give God all the glory. Mind you, my womb was completely written off. Nothing stayed, not even water. Pregnancies dropped after 3/4 months. When God stepped in, everything changed.


The enemy is giving up. Consistent trial. Always cheerful. Avoid anxiety. Then again, EARLY DETECTION.

PRAYERFULLY pick a doctor and medical facility that will walk with u all through. Try everything. Even local herbs.


I never knew I had pcos. Until after seven years. We were busy treating male factor.

Step 1...
You buy clomid or letrozole. It's an ovulation induction drug. To be taken for 5 days. You either start on day 2 of your cycle... that is second day of menstrual bleeding till day 6....OR start day 5(start counting day 1 from first day of menses) till day 9. Then stop. It will trigger your ovaries to produce eggs and usually you will get more than one mature Egg

Step 2. On your day 10( remember to count from day 1 of menses) You have to go to a lab to do TVS aka transvaginal scan. It's the scan where they put a probe...into your vagina to see your ovaries and uterus.
Tell them to tell you the size of follicles your ovaries recruited... if the biggest ones are up to 20mm to 23mm) good.

Step 3
Take HCG injection. It is an injection that supports your hormones to trigger the release of those mature follicles. You're supposed to have bought it and kept. The one to buy is 5000IU. Get a nurse from a pharmacy to inject you on your bumbum. Within 48hrs YOU MUST OVULATE...so no dulling or guessing you know the day to start banging 🤣

Step 3 alternative
HOWEVER if on day 10, you discover that the follicles were not up to 20mm.. let's say 15mm and below, it means it still needs time to grow, don't use the HCG injection. Just scan again on day 13/14...then use the HCG. Don't wait beyond day 15 to use the HCG.

STEP 4
From the day you are injected with HCG bang with your husband till the next 4-5 days.

STEP 5
Start using progesterone from day 15 till you do pregnancy test 2 weeks later. You can buy the tablet progesterone called Duphaston or the vaginal suppositories...the one they insert in the vagina every night..it's called cyclogest. It's also sold in big pharmacies. When you buy it... keep it in the fridge.

STEP 6
If God show you mercy and it clicks... that is you tested and you are pregnant... continue with the cyclogest or switch to cyclogest if what you were using before was Duphaston.

STEP 7
You can still buy baby aspirin aka vasoprin...be taking once day from that same day 15 and even continue after you are pregnant. Same with the prenatal called pregnacare conception. This one can start from day 1 of period.

STEP 8
If you are over 40yrs old or you know that your ovarian reserve is not plenty...try to use supplements like CO10, DHEA, vit E to help boost your egg before you begin this process to increase your chances of getting quality eggs that will likely yield positive pregnancy

NEXT STEP
You can only try this process if your tubes are open, u dont have fibroid, you have not reached menopause and your husband sperm is either average or very good.
