BusinessRe: 5% Per Month On Investment by Temin(op): 11:54pm On Feb 15, 2010
I am an investor and not a gambler. But then this was one investment I did with my mind closed. The friend who introduced me to it is actually my first Coursin.
My plan is to exit by March. His Boss pay 5% per month and for those that collect loan from them they pay as high as 15% per month.
Believe it or not a lot of Contractors in Abuja take the loan. But then the company does not look solid enough and looks like it may just melt off when heat is high.
I am exiting soon. Thank all for the advice. As for the guy who promised 10% huh I am sorry I am not interested." If It sound soo good then it is not good" grin
If any fianance company can pay 10% per month then today and not tommorrow I will stop working and start playing golf

PropertiesRe: Fashola Stops Building Of New Houses In Lagos by Temin(m): 1:22am On Jan 06, 2010
I am in no way in support of excessive taxation. My point is that people should be ready to pay tax. To whom much is given much is expected. The taxing system is progressive .It is tied to individual income.
A man who can afford to buy a 20 million car should never be reluctant to pat two hundred thousand naira as tax, for good roads and the other basics, while a man that can afford a Tokunbo car of six hundred thousand will be paying ten thousand.
In Singapore the government survives on sheeping yard and taxation and…. oh what a beautiful place. The more luxury you desire the more tax you pay. This alone inhibit corruption and avid pursuit for wealth because you know that if you are getting more than the basic then your tax will be more than the basic.
May be his scheme of introducing it is not proper, but then should we ask for a child’s head only because he broke a cup.

PropertiesRe: Fashola Stops Building Of New Houses In Lagos by Temin(m): 2:50am On Dec 30, 2009
PDP politicians and the greedy merchants in Lagos State should not come here to instigate us against Fashola. Tax invaders are used to making excessive profit from the state without putting something back. Now is pay time and they are crying to us to help them. NO NO let them pay.
If they make profits in billions their taxes should be in billions . Let us stop looking at what they are asked to pay but at what they make out of Lagos .
Some of them have never paid tax before . I pay tax from my little income, I am happy and proud to pay, more so I see my contributions effected and invested into the state.
I have been paying tax for the past years I have never been happy doing so as I am now when tax payers money is invested into the state
So my brother Go and pay your tax

A friend of mine looking for a job was in their office and reported how a madam was at the top of her voice crying for her deposit. According to him the woman was raining fire on the poor marketer who was the link between her and the bank.
I was willing to give a guaranty letter to my friend but the bank was not going to honour it.
We all neeed to look deep into this bank and know what they are up to.

InvestmentRe: Stocks / Shares Investors Which Way Forward? As The Nse Is Crashing Gradually. by Temin(m): 11:36pm On Sep 12, 2008
Warren Buffet once said: "It's only when the tide goes out that you learn who's been swimming naked". Share price should respond in relation to performance of a company, in this case response is elastic. Early this year share prices have been plastic. (yielding Point)
Obeying the simple law of physics We at the yield point for share prices we are expecting it to break. companies that have been swimming naked will go down the drain , while others will bounce back.
Our financial world today is based on counterfeit money ( Money not backed up) brought about by corrupt governments and politicians ,so as to deceive, rob and enslave its citizens. The counterfeit money was invested in equity. This created a bubble in price. The bubble will soon burst
PoliticsRe: "Resign Now!", Pastor Bakare Tells Yar’adua! by Temin(m): 10:08pm On Sep 09, 2008
Jerolin . No justification for such use of word. We all have freedom of opinion if this media allows all in respective of class, age or what have you to express themselves we should also respect such
The Truth is our men of God should watch what they say. God do not make mistake If God once told him yes He will not change to say No.
God does not controll all the daily activities of man, especially those that does not have direct link with His purpose. we are created free moral agents . A revelation given in the holy book says a time of Pseudo peace will come , When the world will shout Peace and security.
The messanger to Nigeria that will bring the peace is not mention. We can only wait and see.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Re: Urgent Vacancy For Onds And Nce Holders In A Micro Finance Bank by Temin(m): 4:49am On Sep 09, 2008
Most of this Microfinance bank will not pay you more than 20 to 25,000 in a month . that alone is bad , if one now ask you to pay for interview then it is just too bad.
Take seun's advice . In some comapanies like Oil work in the Niger Delta area you pay 4jobs but the salary justify it. Not for a job of 20,000naira huh huh huh

Foreign AffairsRe: Boycott South Africa! Boycott Dstv, Mtn Etc! See What They Did To Your Brothers! by Temin(m): 5:31am On May 23, 2008
I don't think it should all end here. I was in a South africa air line some months a go. They actually failed to deliver a plasma TV 32' I bought in Singapore.
After waiting for Three month , just last week I called and they told me ( That is the office here in NIgeria) that the head office says I should go to hell. I am not in town now but I am sure to give them Hell when I return. I am going to use all have got the media, litigations, my guys in the police all have got. The interest is not the TV but setting a mark that Nigerians are not fools. Mandela should be ashamed of this.
The problem is our Government . The life of her citizens is of no important to them.

TravelRe: Singapore by Temin(op): 7:00pm On Jan 22, 2008
Singapore is described as a zero crime country. Things are very arranged. A small flat could go for 1000 Singapore Dollar.
The Bus system and the whole transportation system is superb. You have a lot of guys from Bangladash and Indians working at various ship yards, stores etc
The people are very friendly and they like NIgerians. Severaly some will stop me and say , You Nigeria ? You u good entertaining football.?
Without paper , you can stay arround. But the very day you have issues with police .You are on the next flight.
It is a visa free country and welcome tourist from all areas
