It is but it's not for me. My school sabi slow when it comes to nysc.

It's either they upload all names before monday or they shift the reg. start date as much as I hate that Cos Ican't go and choose leftover. Lailai!

It's past Friday and my school is yet to upload. Sluggish things is worrying them. Nigerians sha... our people don't value time.

Really, I'm here to complain and also to request.

Firstly I wish to say, well done! You've taken the data game to another level. To be honest that's the reason I joined the glo family. And I've been able to invite others too.

Okay here it is. When I started with glo there was something I noticed. The instability of the network and the fluctuating service. Very frustrating...sometimes it went on for days straight and I was either forced to look for alternatives or just wait. Very annoying!

Then I noticed the pattern. Was it a coincidence?

When ever it's a week to the expiring date of my data I would begin to see 'Emergency calls only' on and on and then the data would be wiped off. Just like that! Well that's not fair. After all the damages you cause people and also cutting one off the online world, from business, vital information, family, friends and loved ones. Then you take the data back? No, that's not how it should be.

Personally, If all my wiped data are to be added up. I will be having hundreds of thousands of megabytes/thousands of gigabytes.

Then I noticed things were back to normal. I didn't see 'emergency' often. So I thought it had been resolved only to see that everything's back to the old ways. I see emergency everytime.

And just few minutes ago my data was wiped off. Why? Don't you know things are hard now. One has to sweat seriously to get money these days.

And your customer care. It's bad!! You need to work on it. Imagine me calling for almost an hour and you refused to pick. Do you think I have all the time in the world to wait? You people insult the meaning of patience really. Instead of picking, you will put one on hold, and advertise all your services. Okay, I'm not interested.

Work on this problem first. A day will come when Nigerians will know all their rights. And you will feel our wrath. And to think that you're a Nigerian company. I'm disappointed.

To the request.
Please, try to extend data expiring date whenever the fault's from your side (too much emergency and no service).

Work on your customer service. Time is precious you know.

Katsina is a lovely place to serve in.

Cost of living is cheap.
It's peaceful too.
Weather is okay could be very hot a times but not like maiduguri o and very cold other times but not like Jos
If you're a fun loving person, then this place is not for you. It's dry.
Someone once asked if there places like amusement park I only laughed. Amusement ko amazement ni. Places like Katsina, Funtua, Daura are bigger town/cities compared to other places in the state.
