labodinho: Hmm...
I agree with ur No. 1
No.2-I thought you already knew they don't accept DE for Pharm. And maybe you're trying another school for DE.(I think that can still be considered amng ur factors)
No.3-It's true but exploring is good too.At least u won't be a local champion..lol...(Dnt mind me)
No.4-You can still reconsider as stated in the No.2. hehehe.... I was not disappointed . I knew u would counter my points up there. The reason why I put number 4 . Concerning your number 3. I can only smile. Exploring is my least problem for now (at least I'm just 3 years old in Benin). And if you think somebody that had stayed in about 12 different towns and cities (across 9 different states including Lagos and FCT) is a Local champion then I put it to you that most of us are local champion in Nigeria. lolz Well... I'm just trying to be focused and not allow my love for UNILAG sway me. I was focusing more on school name and the 'weight of certificate' during my first degree but after graduation, the passion persists and that is when I discovered that " it is doing what you love that makes you happy and not the school/college you attended". presently, it's easier for me to achieve my goal in UNIBEN than UNILAG. Both are great schools anyways. oya now wish me luck |

The last time you were 2.37 less than the merit cut-off and would have even been an Akokite by now if you are a south westerner (catchment stuff). My advice: If your ambition is to be a pharmacist, please do apply for pharmacy once again (You are smart enough to be one). 2.37 is easy to overturn with more seriousness and less social networking. Your future happiness (fulfilment) is more important than just gaining admission. I wish you well! |

ibadanfinest: COMMERCIAL STUDENTS NAWA O.
Let's face it, the non science student have limited space for admission with very few big course. We have basically just Economics, Accounting, Law and maybe Mass communication as top courses.
Out of the above mentioned, any science students with economics in O level can compete for Economics and Accounting. My question is why are we Lazy? A typical commercial students wait till eleventh hour before intensifying preparation, after which they will start looking for someone to help them even if it is Irpm dept.
This is the time to start preparation. Those on this thread should go to their subject combo thread and answer question.
All subject has equal mark. Start from the subject you know most to the hardest subject for you.
While writing jamb I took Accounting seriously, followed by economics to maths and lastly the boring English and I did well. That's the principle of low hanging fruit.
Pls ansa those questions esp on economics thread so we can encourage the OP.
Thanks
