If you do that, everybody's current shares will also be diluted.
The easiest way is for a shareholder to acquire even 1% higher than his 5% or 2 or more shareholders consolidate their shares to become higher in accordance with the SEC rules. Infact, 5% is not a joke for a company that has gone public.

Is 5% the big deal? FBN can easily dilute the holdings by creating additional shares and repuchase a large chunk thereby reducing his stake to less than 5%

Yes. I never said this to anyone but I knew when I was in my mother's womb. I remember seeing blood (though I didn't know about blood 5hen ofcourse). Everywhere was red and I would see the white pipes like tubes connection. Then when I was 5, the memories kept coming back. The moment I realized my memory. I couldn't remember anything again. Same with the hand in a white cloth that usually teach me in a trance. I never saw the face but just the hands. The moment I realized it was divine, I didn't experience it again. I guess it all stays when you are innocent of knowing.

Ladies are always quick to portray such narratives even when we all know that they do worse. From female rape cases to financial irresponsibility, the society hasn't really been fair to the male folks.
Just because you deal with such men doesn't give you the right to create a generic narrative. Trust when I tell you that people do actually know when you are loyal. It's not about men or women. It's about irresponsible people. Go and do your homework.

This is a very good development.
Nigerian parents should learn how to accept their kids studying what they really want.

Gone are the days when parents should be the one enforcing what their children study in school.

Many youths life has been stagnant both in school and after school, cos they were forced to follow what their parents chose for them and not what they actually like/want.

Hello, the problem is from your theme. Since it shows on mobile and dosent show on desktop. You probably have done some adjustment on your theme that went wrong.(A class in your CSS file is missing)
