Donabydeco:'masters and provisional course?' please, elaborate on this so I'll drop my contribution. Or do you mean the courses to be taken at the postgraduate level for the mathematics majors? |
khassy:meaning?hope it's not a plot to lease out My faculty? |
Jerryspan:And you too sir. |
rkarang:you're welcome sire. I'll be here waiting as the needs arise. |
Donabydeco:most certainly sir. But some clarifications ought be made here. Taking a post-graduate programing in the faculty of Engineering and Technology without an undergraduate degree in the aforesaid faculty is not advisable. Reason being that, the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria(COREN), the body responsible for the control and regulation of Engineering practice in Nigeria, proposed that, to be a registered and accredited Engineer, one must have had a first degree in the profession(B.Eng/B.Tech), plus a five year on-the-field practice. Going by this, one would only become an Engineer if he/she had his/her first degree in Engineering, and Is not a function of just your post-graduate qualifications. I hope you understand? |
Jerryspan:believe in yourself. You can. Just envision it. Just like the Nike 90s maxim, 'just do it, 100%!' Those there do have just one head bro. Remember, the department admits humans and not multi-dimensional spirits. To this end, you could also be admitted. Just please do score high! please!! |
Jerryspan:Industrial Chemistry?? I can't relate with that to you sir, but somewhere around 150 or 100+ per se. With respect to Chemical Engineering, they admit in tens. 2012, about 30+ students were admitted, 2013, 39 students were absorbed into the aforementioned noble department. Fast forward to 2014, about 70+ students were admitted. Now 2015, who knows? Watch out and be one of them. Hope this answers your question satisfactorily sir? |
rkarang:If you still want her to remain in Engr'g and Technology sir, then, her best bet would be: Agricultural and biosystems Engineering, Water resources and environmental engineering, Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, Food and bio- process Engineering. Should I bring it to your notice that these courses have their intrinsic competitiveness, because alot of aspirants who picked the likes of Chemical,Mechanical, civil and Electrical would eventually be given these courses, thus their inherently laden competitiveness. As for Edu Tech., that's The Education faculty bro. but Engineering combo would align with Edu. Tech's because some Engineering aspirants would later be offered Edu. Tech and some unwilling moved there after their 1st year; thus, same course combination. Cc rkarang |

Just as our other majors have been doing to their respective faculties. Thumbs up you all doing exploits here. boigrammz sir, I wish u a safe return to our world after the transient process. let's keep the spirit high fellow unilorites... though we might have fought and bashed words at one another, yet the spirit of being a unilorite unites we all, the spirit of wanting to help each other... GREAT NAIRALAND STUDENTS!!! |
without doubt,it's now obvious the post-utme form would be out tomorrow.. The metamorphosis on the school's website is quite obvious. The pre-admission screening instruction is now 15/16. Yet,the cut off is still for 14/15. The registration is yet to be updated. Reporting from The University of Ilorin Permanent site, Temmi001, For NL.. |
kobonaire:you could notice obviously that (according to him) kisses before marriage can be dangerous, he noted the case of Judas iscariot who gave Jesus a deceiving kiss, you can also read that he noted that kisses without the intention of greetings are dangerous because it will lead to pre marital sex and the outcome of premarital sex sometimes can turn to shame... dont mind me ooo am not a chuchi... is just that i am trying to explain the danger he gave |
BoiGrammz:calling me a 'jambito' when I already had a CGPA While you were still in search for admission reveals how silly you re.Not when you're yet to see your name on the good-standing list.. You just displayed how irresponsible you are,how useless you're going to look like in some kirikiri maximum prison for rape in years time!you're a total waste man!a shame to guys!you think you're garnering fame with this, look, you've totally lost your worth in here with this. Irresponsibility at its acme!coward, get a life and stop online threatening. One of those imps admitted with 40%. *spits in disgust* useless Rapist! Comparing yourself with khassy is a defamation of character.while He's a supposed gentleman, you a pathetic fellow bragging on how to mutilate an opposite sex online! Who knows if he's even one of the culprits who raped some girls to death at bank area?? |
BoiGrammz:for a moment,I Paused momentarily and cogitated about the apophtegm cited by Alhassan1 in his earlier post, fortunately,it gave an insight on how to handle creatures like you.Otherwise, instantaneous missile-launching. Goodnight and remember never to quote me.Thanks as you concur. |
Alhasan1:I reciprocate the obvious adulations sire, you're indeed an embodiment of knowledge for taking solace in such an iconic mot juste especially when coming from a national figurehead. Plaudits once again bro! |
Alhasan1:Incoherence in passage structure. Non-directional and apparently confounding. State your point without being ad hominem, make it clear in structure and content without sentiments. |
sweet7oyin:No sir/madam,as earlier alluded to,this is only a fallacy of hasty generalisation. As a case study,viz-a-viz the overhyped connection,I had not, yet I'm somewhere around ELT as I type. Let's try to togetherly boost the ego of those without the overhyped favour of connection or those who fortunately or otherwise found themselves outside the circle of nepotism and favoritism. Yet,I'ld from my infinitesimally negligible experience, advise our esteemed and lovely aspirants,to read well for their exams, pray to the cosmic orders and avail themselves One,two, three, four if not Five opportunities of connection,if you can! But,if you can't,my loving bro/sis,write your exams, get yourself a video-game or a novel, sit back and await the best!you wouldn't kill yourself you know ![]() The after-effects of admissions are of a greater magnitude than admission itself.. Let's calm down and await the best.. |
DrHesjay:He's also a very cool bro.I guess we both are mutual friends of the aforesaid erudite scholar. |
khassy:Renovation of SLT,LTI,II,II and IV in progress, installation of new Electrical and mechanical gadgets in the aforementioned halls. They are sure taking a new dimension. The Computer-based centre's reception is now along the bank area, looking new and cool! It's sure going to build the the ego of our esteemed prospectives. some kiosks for rent beside the students' affairs aren't also left behind. Reporting for Nairaland from the University of Ilorin,Temmi001. |
DrHesjay:lol,DrHesjay, what did Temmi do oo..well,I Guess you should know SEYIKP? |
