Industrial Chemistry?? I can't relate with that to you sir, but somewhere around 150 or 100+ per se.
With respect to Chemical Engineering, they admit in tens. 2012, about 30+ students were admitted, 2013, 39 students were absorbed into the aforementioned noble department. Fast forward to 2014, about 70+ students were admitted. Now 2015, who knows? Watch out and be one of them.

Taking a post-graduate programing in the faculty of Engineering and Technology without an undergraduate degree in the aforesaid faculty is not advisable. Reason being that, the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria(COREN), the body responsible for the control and regulation of Engineering practice in Nigeria, proposed that, to be a registered and accredited Engineer, one must have had a first degree in the profession(B.Eng/B.Tech), plus a five year on-the-field practice.
Going by this, one would only become an Engineer if he/she had his/her first degree in Engineering, and Is not a function of just your post-graduate qualifications. I hope you understand?

go as early as possible and wait for your batch.
