I honestly feel that being either a gnostic theist or a gnostic atheist is the most irrational way of thinking. If u are a gnostic theist (which means u are 100% convinced that God exist) then bring ur evidence beyond reasonable doubt else u are the confused one. But most atheist on this forum are agnostic atheist. Which means they can't disprove God's existence but they don't believe in any yet because of lack of evidence.

Are theists not confused? If they aren't they would all worship one god but its not, each theist claiming his god (s) is the true god, what do you call that?

And it doesn't even stop there, each subdivision of those god worshippers (Islam, Christianity, Judaism for instance) claim their way to that god is the true way and others are wrong

You keep subdividing until you have millions upon millions of fractions claiming their own god is real and their mode of worship of that god is the only acceptable way

What's the basis for the claims? That's what will show the authenticity.

They could only take along those who denied their feelings. I've once asked that question too.. And I didn't fool my self. I asked myself why did I want to know if there is a creator? I answered, then I started sorting the reasons out. Then I considered so many scriptures in line with my reasons.. For example Ecclesiates 3:11- "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has even put eternity in their heart; yet mankind will never find out the work that the true God has made from start to finish."
Isaiah 55:9 - "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So my ways are higher than your ways And my thoughts than your thoughts."


I gave evolution a view, but there in, I saw that evolutionist couldn't even answer the question "how did life begin?" with facts and consensus agreement. and they've not proven how the simple cell could even be formed by chance.. Then I asked myself which is more reasonable? To believe in evolution which cant even account truthfully to the origin of life, and which some among them are willing to speculate that life came from an extraterrestrial source, whats now the basis for rulling out God as that source.

Although, some hesitate to investigate the Bible because they are disillusioned with religion..

So, everyone should definitely be honest, and be open minded.

The so called "simple cell", how it works, how it manufactures protein, whats made up of. In fact some respected scientists say that even a "simple" cell is far too complex to have arisen by chance on earth. I'd still like you to read more on a simple cell.


The DNA! Scientists even dub it "feat of engineering" As you read, see if it thus provide strong evidence that it came by chance or product of an intelligent mind. And see if such order or organization could arise by undirected chance events.

If you'll believe in a creator, you should have convincing evidence, and if you'll believe in evolution, you should be quite convinced too.
So, don't deny ever having the thought that "is there a creator? It's normal!
But you should reasonably consider if our form, the complex molecules we are made up of, the organized circles etc shows a product of chance or of a designer.
